Ordered my product and got quick confirmation of the order processed Given a USPS tracking The link only ever showed that USPS label was created Emailed the company-No response Ever Went on company site and they have the chat with message system and tried chatting with employee and again NO RESPONSE Only after trying to contact the company did I even finally get a response from USPS that they received my product to ship 8 days AFTER I placed my order I already ordered from a Trusted Vendor and will be returning their product and submitting for a refund Poor company No Customer support whatsoever Please be aware that 18650battery com does not care about you or your order Spend your money at your own risk I do NOT recommend 18650battery com at all Alan M Texas

I ve purchased from this retailer on a few occasions s previously never had an issue On my most recent order I purchased 6 batteries 2 batteries were bad I emailed them went to their website to use their live chat to receive no response then I called them to be put on hold then sent to voicemail I left a voicemail 3 days later still no return call This is absolutely p ss poor customer service It appears they now rip you off on batteries by sending you batteries with issues then they you cannot speak with anyone there Do NOT purchase from this retailer because if you have an issue they will ignore you because they already have your money But hey they will send you a service survey a 10 off your next order discount code Find somewhere else to purchase your cells from as this place doesn t give a d mn about their customers Sometimes saving money costs you more in the end

Purchased batteries are larger diameter than standard No mention of this in the description or reviews Only glowing reviews are listed and I see no way to leave a review Shady

They are Great at Billing but NOT so much for customer support

My order was confirmed by email on 9 29 2023 My credit card was billed for 48 36 on 9 30 2023 Shipping was confirmed by email on 10 02 2023 I checked the provided UPSP tracking number on 10 07 2023 The latest USPS update stated that the label had been generated on 10 02 2023 but the parcel had not yet been received I sent an email on 10 07 2023 asking why they had not given my order to USPS yet No response as of 10 09 2023 Checked provided UPSP tracking number again on 10 09 2023 The status was exactly the same as on 10 07 2023 Called the store on 10 09 2023 The Rep said USPS sometimes doesn t do proper scanning and logging so the status on the USPS website may not be accurate The Rep claimed my order was given to USPS on 10 02 2023 The Rep said that I or they can file a claim with USPS I chose that they file the claim No telling how long that will take I m seriously considering contesting the charge with my credit card company

I placed an order on December 3

I placed an order on December 3 2020 for 2 sets of 18650 IMR batteries and paid for 2-4 day shipping via USPS It s now December 15th and the package has still not arrived I called the customer service number on their website last night and the gentleman told me that there s nothing he can do and to wait for the package to arrive but if it doesn t arrive within the next week they will ship another package This is unacceptable I paid for additional for a delivery of 2-4 days however now i m stuck with waiting for a package that may never arrive What a waste of money and time

no help with lost package

I placed an order for about 200 at the beginning of November 2022 The package was lost by UPS It was known that the package was lost by Nov 15 and as of Dec 12 they have not refunded my money or sent a replacement This is unacceptable and I m going to have to dispute the charges Be careful buying from them if something goes wrong they do not seem helpful getting it resolved

Send damaged goods and do not reply to emails

While their prices are good and they ship very quickly they ship damaged goods Of the 10 Sanyo 20700 batteries I purchased 6 had to be re-wrapped immediately since the wraps were torn The tears on some were clearly visible and large so the vendor just didn t care that they were sending clearly damaged goods Additionally most of the batteries had dents creases on the sides with 2 of them being damaged so significantly that I had to discard them When I emailed 18650batteries about the issue and sent photos I received no response Will NOT be shopping here again

I purchased 3 lithium golf cart

I purchased 3 lithium golf cart batteries about 8 000 from them One of the chargers did not work and after going through efforts to get it to work many times they finally agreed it was broken They told me that they were out of stock and it would be a while before more chargers were available I called every few months and was always told the same thing I forgot to call for a while and only called again today Today I spoke to someone that stated that no one had entered anything about my previous conversations in their computer system and therefore I was not due an exchange They stated I could buy another charger from them for 20 of retail
