I was having trouble logging into the apps for IPTV And Tomas was patient and thorough in his troubleshooting It took about 20 minutes but it was time well spent since we figured out that I needed a VPN on my iPhone to get it to work The vpn was a free one from the App Store so I didn t have to pay anything I was so frustrated I could not figure it out on my own and almost gave up but I am so thankful and full of gratitude for Tomas helping me today This could have been a bad review and 1 star because user error and I did not know how to fix it but instead thanks to great support chat it s definitely a 5 star for me Thank you again Tomas

I reinstated my subscription but this time it was very difficult to sync with the IPTV app after countless tries i was ready to bag it I m older and Jack was incredibly patient with me very sure i had inputed my credentials correctly after many attempts i had not jack guided me through the log in process and a few screen shots later i was in Whew
