Just checking quotes and this was my first quote Disconnected twice while transferring to a moving specialist Then transferred to another company called gold standard moving Felt like a boiler room script Gave me quote Asked for number to reach them after i got a couple other quotes to compare Put me on hold and came back with a discount I again asked for the number to reach them if i select them The individual became rude and would not provide a number I told them I do not feel comfortable using a service I can t call back The person said Thank God

Absolute Fraud

I was in the process of filling out info on their website but when I saw they re asking for my phone number only to get a quote I hesitated I typed my number but didn t hit submit Even still I received a phone call from someone with thick accent asking for more info and then directed me to someone else He asked for the same info and more put me on hold to get a quote and rushed me to give him my credit card number and when I said no he got mad that he s been on hold all day They still keep calling multiple times a day

Don t call for a quote- they don t like giving them

Don t call if you re just wanting a quote apparently it s a waste of their time It s my first big move across states with my military spouse and I called to inquire about prices making it clear I was just getting a quote at the end of the call when I said I appreciated the information and may call back the man on the other end of the line Said thank you for wasting my time and hung up on me Very disrespectful and ignorant

First they kept raising the fee

First they kept raising the fee Then they showed up in a U-Haul truck that was too small to carry our stuff had to spend an additional 1 000 to ship rest of it got to destination my stuff was missing damaged and I got other people s stuff Do not use them under any circumstances they are a rip off

This site is a fraud

This site is a fraud They keep indicating while you are providing information that you will get a quote At each step you are asked for more and more information including a phone number to see your quote In the end it is a trick to get and harvest your contact information I am reporting to the FTC and US Department of Transportation As others on Trustpilot state you can t file a complaint with the actual company

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

HORRIBLE - not even a moving company but a website that sells your information I put in my contact details on their website and started to get harassed by calls and still am In the last 6 hours I have over 50 calls from all different kinds of companies I call the number on their website and it directs me to a different random moving company and same with the number in their email Zero way to contact this horrible service that has ruined my day

Don t use even for a quote sell info and manipulate

Do not call even for a quote Employees are horribly mean and the entire experience felt extremely scammy I called in to get a quote for a move that won t happen for a few months The first person who I called with was relatively pleasant and was going to give me a quote for a general square footage since I did not have an inventory list But then he forwarded the call on to another person who was absolutely horrible He essentially kept pressuring me to sign a contract and kept badgering me when I said I would like to have some more time to consider as I was calling in to gather some quotes and do research on the behalf of someone else He then tried to use basic scammy manipulative language to try and guilt then scare me into signing a contract When I said that I was just relaying the quoted number onto the person I was calling for he kept saying that wouldn t want the lowest rate so you should just sign The moving companies they sold my info to also continuously called me when that was not what I consented to The person started to mock me when I was conveying my uncertainty and then became plain aggressive

Made the mistake of asking for moving

Made the mistake of asking for moving quotes thru another site immediately got called by 2 Movers The gal hardly got my name correct and put me on hold then another person Mark got on the phone I simply asked the rate for a rough quote to load deliver unload a 26ft truck quoted me 8k then I said I have a similar quote from another local company and he proceeded to bash them and offered to match the price I said I wasn t interested and he got pushy and when I again said thanks but no thanks he hung up on me
