I would like to readjust my review that I put out there please people at USA movers have done all they can to locate my stuff so when I went to Florida they took care of it when they picked up they took care of it and they were in constant in touch with me but like everyone we ve had a bad two years and I have to say that I m sorry that I miss spoke About USA movers They have done all they can to deliver my stuff and help me out with storage and paid for a month for me But we all know people we want our stuff in good hands when we do move and we go through stuff and they are the people to hire

Above and beyond what I expected

The last time I used a moving company it did not go well at all So when this company called me to give me a quote I was very leery and to be honest I didn t believe anything they told me But the representative I spoke to actually helped me to research all of the other companies that gave me a quote and showed me all the different websites with reviews on them which gave me a clear view of exactly what to look for in a company Every other company I talked to I found had several bad reviews online showing that the customers ended up paying more stuff was broken or missing or they actually had held their belongings hostage demanding more money before delivery I was shocked that these companies could get away with that When dealing with this company they actually went through the entire contract with me and showed me everything Some of the other companies were priced lower but had all kinds of bad reviews So I chose to use USA Moving Solutions You get what you pay for The cost was a little higher than others but in the end everything worked out perfect All my mom s antiques were specially packed None of the glass cabinets were broke like the last time I used a mover her really nice jewelry box was exactly how we had it Some of our boxes weren t packed tight and needed to be taped up better and they didn t charge me extra like the last company we used I had a few extra items than what was on the inventory list and the movers didn t give me a hard time about it I was very impressed to say the least Another thing I d like to point out was from the very first day we spoke to them and after booking everytime I called they picked up everytime I was nervous because of my last experience They called me a few days before they showed up confirming everything and worked with my schedule for the delivery time They also called me the day of delivery to verify that everything went smoothly This company is the real deal If you want a good mover that actually cares about you and your stuff I highly recommend them

Last Minute Pick Up Success

Had to get pick up scheduled in less than a week I was really afraid that my price was gonna be outta budget but they worked with me to get it taken care of The move went great Couple of hiccups but it s not a perfect world Would totally recommend and use again

After they let the movers they hired

After they let the movers they hired steal my stuff and destroyed my stuff and open boxes and take things out I brought it to their attention and they said they don t care so today I would like to let you know again my experience with these people do not do it I m going to show pictures and proof of what they did to my stuff I thought After bringing it to their attention the owner you think that he would be kind to say well how can we fix us Let me see what we can do No all I got is a phone call route one from him and all I got was he s going to get an attorney

This review is for people that want to make sure they don t get their stuff ripped off

You want honesty Well I put up reviews before spoke to the owner John made my complaint did what I was supposed to do They responded with a threat from their lawyers Tell me to get a lawyer I got one but let s go back to when I hired them and they hired a different company that stole my stuff and damaged it I m going to put it all on there actually so people can see the pictures I see the damage that this company allowed so my reviews don t go with them Don t I tried to tell them I would like to settle out They never got a hold of my turning people do not do not go with USA moving he will rip you off a lie and they don t care

Do not trust this company

Worst experience ever Still waiting on belongings They will promise you everything until they get your deposit Then they will not answer the phone calls and don t call you back or be able to provide you with any info And when you do get ahold of a person they ll call you back Monday Heard it the last 3 weeks 1 week move is now on the 3rd week with nothing Living in a nightmare thank you USA moving solutions

They lie to win bid load half uour

They lie to win bid load half my stuff and leave the rest without more money Hostage taking had no choice was in a contract for closing No time to find another They tried charging me for pads at both ends I lost thousands of dollars in property they would not load like they were suppose to Also showed up late and wreaking of alcohol They loaded stuff they weren t suppose to and not load the stuff they were

They don t care to fix the problem is they cost me I lost everything

These people are not trustworthy They hired another Moving Company to move my stuff that stove everything and rip me off destroyed my stuff I have pictures and these people won t do anything
