It is not only the products - I think they are great - but all the info that comes with them on why and when to use them It s like getting a mini sports nutrition course with every purchase

Excellent product - quick delivery Particularly love the honey peanut bars - use these along with gels for marathon and ultra fuelling Easy to chew while running and taste so good Great alternative to having another gel

At last a nutrition company that does what it claims Marathon Training is being totally fuelled by 32gi and it s great from the pre race meals to the post race protein and all in-between The only downside is that the gels are out of stock Hopefully they ll be back in soon Top notch Thanks
