Pre race meal - excellentMy 2nd tub of this and it is amazing Don t feel overly full but have plenty of energy for medium-long runs Mix with skimmed milk - it is a big gritty hence only 4 stars but taste is good

I would have given 5 stars as the product and service are excellent However there was a slight glitch with the order nevertheless the company resolved it very quickly and entirely to my satisfaction I won t hesitate to use them again
