Really thrilled with the service from 5 Star Windows and the quality of the product they have installed From the moment we contacted them with our enquiry we felt assured that they could provide a solution They were very friendly but totally professional and proactive right through from ordering through to installation Our installer Eamon was very clean and tidy and made sure everything about the job was perfect We would recommend 5 Star to anyone who wants a top quality product and service at a fair price

Once again 5 Star Windows Conservatories live up to their First Class reputation We recently contacted 5 Star with regards to a New front door unit Ross Manser visited us and we discussed the options available for a Palladio composite door Ross offered great advice and recommended the Kildare door in Agate Grey The Palladio door is absolutely fantastic and the colour looks marvellous We have even had people walking by and taking photos of our new front door My wife and myself are extremely please with the new front door unit and can t recommend 5 Star highly enough 5 Stars reputation is second to none

Very pleased with our new windows which we purchased via the trade division Excellent service from everyone involved Starting with Lesley who handled the initial enquiry Les who came out and did the survey and measurements including helpful advice on window and glass types right through to Duncan who did a super job with the installation All-round a thoroughly professional company to deal with Everything was completed in less than 5 weeks I wouldn t hesitate to recommend them

Orangery proper roof

Originally had our orangery from 5 star so when we decided to have a proper roof fitted we automatically went back to them as we have always had excellent service from them We weren t disappointed prompt response to our call no pressure when it was measured up and quote given and quick delivery Very pleasant fitters who tidied everything up after them Again excellence service

I had double glazing installed to the

I had double glazing installed to the front of my property by 5 star over 10 years ago and it had developed a few minor problems I was expecting a complicated procedure to get work completed I emailed 5 star and to my surprise received a helpful and courteous reply from the Charlee the following morning promising me a visit from an engineer the next day Jason was wonderful Arrived when he said he would and dealt with all of my issues with obvious experience and excellent quality of work My only query was the charge of 5 each for lost window lock keys which I thought was excessive and declined Overall Thankyou 5 star for a very positive experience

We had our windows and doors replaced last week and we are very impressed with everyone involved from Adam Chris the surveyor and Tim and his team and everyone we had dealings with Thank you all very much Apart from one window in the bay being sent without the Georgian bars which will soon be sorted out

It was just by chance that we discovered 5 Star Windows and Conservatories when we visited a local garden centre and they were doing a promotion We asked them to give us a quote to replace all our windows and the back door Right from the start when Jim came out to give us a quote they were thorough professional and helpful The surveyor was quick and accurate The whole installation took three days The fitters friendly they never stopped working and tidied up after themselves Our new windows look lovely and we are so pleased with them We would definitely recommend 5Star to anyone

We recently had replacement conservatory installed by 5 Star The original introduction survey was carried out by Ross who was professional didn t try to pressure and took time to allow us to make a decision to suit us The price was very competitive and the quality of the product is excellent The fitting team arrived on time and quickly and efficiently removed the old conservatory and had the new one up secure and water tight before 5 00pm Came back the following day on time and finished the job They were polite efficient and cleaned up and removed any rubbish as they went Extremely pleased with the whole process and the service and support was definitely 5 star
