I m normally sceptical about people coming round to my place of business trying to offer me cheaper card payment services but Peter came to see me and I could tell instantly that this was different Peter was helpful friendly informative and wasn t pushy which is what I loved the most Everything was dealt with efficiently and quickly Very pleased and would recommend to others

Card machine connection issue
I sent an email with an issue we were experiencing with our card machine and within a few minutes I got a call from Kharim to help me out he put me straight through to the customer service team where I spoke to a lovely lady unfortunately I didn t catch her name she was able to guide me through step by step to sort the issue out which was then resolved within a few minutes I then had a follow up call from Kharim to make sure the problem was solved and I was happy with the service which I was very much so Both Kharim and the customer service lady were friendly and professional when dealing with the issue Thank you both for your help
