I m personally not happy with my treatment because I spent so much money and got a negative pregnancy result after that they didn t bother to explain the reason why this happened plus the nurses are so unprofessional they don t make sense when they are trying to explain the reason why my treatment failed I m very disappointed Very bed experience

I booked an initial blood test with ABC IVF on 6th August 2024 followed by a virtual consultation scheduled for 15th August 2024 Unfortunately the experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing On the day of the consultation we joined the call on time but no one from ABC IVF showed up We waited for 8 minutes and when it became clear that no one was joining we had no choice but to leave the call Since then we ve been chasing them to get our reports but the response has been abysmal no one is willing to help us despite the fact that we ve already paid for the service To add insult to injury when we finally managed to get through to someone they had the audacity to ask us for more money ABC IVF markets itself with the tagline affordable IVF but in reality they seem more interested in squeezing every penny they can out of their clients It s a shame that a company dealing with such sensitive and emotional matters would behave in this way What s worse is that they had our phone number and could have easily called us to join the consultation if they were late But they didn t It seems like they intentionally avoided contacting us so they could charge us again for the service we ve already paid for now they wanted more money to provide our report which we already paid for If you re considering ABC IVF be warned their commitment to customer service is non-existent and they appear to be more interested in making money than in providing the care and support that patients need Stay away unless you re prepared to throw your money away on fake commitments and poor management

Wouldn t waste your money Initial meetings were good but then you have to realise they are a business and want your money Egg collection in Birmingham is awful and for the money you pay you would think the facility would be a bit more high end Yes IVF is a lottery but when we spoke to them after the failed transfer they admitted the medication should have been reviewed a lot quicker than it was and then increased They also offered us 1450 off if we went with them again for another round - no thanks

Well i was not good experience but i thought some mistakes going on both side but keep research before you going for treatment make sure always asked all reports they haven t give you untill not request further was my 1st experience was not good and im was lost my 5k i would like to suggest everyone before treatment asked them all tests cost and reports thinks before you spend money is good way Thanks

Booked an appointment everything went great spoke to a nurse 2 days later who requested a letter from my gp I had already sorted his out and asked where I needed to send it Was told my coordinator would be in contact today or Tom and she would call me fast forward over a week later and still haven t had a call And still non the wiser to what s going off won t book with the company

This clinic deserves zero stars because my wife had problems the day after the test tube was done The doctor in the clinic didn t dare to give me any report shirking responsibility and delaying the time I have formally reported to the medical committee and sued in court It is extremely irresponsible

Awful communication the whole way through makes what is expected to be an exciting yet scary time into a very stress filled process Can never get hold of people and have to chase them up about things constantly and no real coordination actually occurs On two occasions we had to go back down for bloods shortly after just being at the clinic due to poor organisation which was very upsetting as we live 6 hours drive away and the second time we had specifically asked if there were any bloods needed that we could do while we were there and were told no On one occasion my partner was told by a doctor that because she was young she would only need 1 or 2 rounds of IVF and since we d had one failed round already this round would work and she would get pregnant Which is really not something you should state to a client when there is always a chance it will not work After our last negative test we were told by the nurse that phoned that someone would be in touch with next steps 1 week later we had still heard nothing we decided to leave the clinic as it was clear we had once again been forgotten and we just felt abandoned Everything feels very drawn out and at our new clinic the time between egg collection and transfer was exactly half the time as it was at ABC Manchester

We had 2 IVF with ABC and to compare them it was like day and night First one went very smooth but second one was full of mistakes and errors And Rebecca team couldn t care less We made formal complaint and ABC clinic agreed that we had horrible experience And offered us some money back And than again I had to chase up Rebecca for refund We made 4 calls within 3 weeks and as usual no call back Avoid Rebecca and her team at all cost
