In general I had a good experience with my IVF journey and now I have a wonderful baby boy who is already 3 months old 3 Thank you for making this happen On few occasions I have been disappointed with the care provided but after expressing my discontent the staff rectified their actions The fertility treatments are very expensive but I have to admit that abc ivf is far the most affordable IVF clinic I came across with a good success rates

We have been trying baby for 8 years

We have been trying baby for 8 years now and with no success we came in contact with the abc and process went smooth and staff were really helpful and guided us well through the process and now I m a mother of 2 month old baby

ABC ivf Oxford made our dreams come true after a year and half we finally got our beautiful baby boy The clinic was brilliant with us and made our experience feel so special We can t thank Polya and Bridget enough

Great service and reasonable price

The Liverpool branch of ABC IVF was great - all appointments were on time and Linda was very informative and supportive throughout the process Very reasonably priced and gentle IVF which made it feel more manageable The only thing that stopped me giving 5 stars was that the egg collection was quite daunting and I didn t feel hugely supported by the staff at the Manchester branch I would still highly recommend and we were very fortunate to get a successful implantation first time

Frozen embryo transfer

I had started treatment for the very first time with abc ivf London St Paul s We were trying for our second baby but suffered from pcos I appreciated the smooth running of my appointments and communication was excellent Everything happened so quick and we overcame a few hurdles easily and I became pregnant luckily from my first FET Only reason I haven t given 5 stars is because of the extra fees you have to pay for extra blood tests and medicines and a lot of these tests were needed from us Sometimes the price of these were very high Now I am here holding my baby and I couldn t be happier Thank you to the team at ABC IVF at St Paul s

My experience was great generally

My experience was great generally I had a really good personal person for contact who was quick and on the ball but when she left it did become difficult to contact This was my only issue My treatment went well and clinical results and booking them was straight forward My treatment worked and after my 1st transfer after trying 10 years worked I finally have my baby

Great staff at clinic

The staff at the clinic were all fantastic helpful friendly and kept you informed of everything and took the time to talk everything through with you They were always on hand if you needed information or help The company itself did not contact me much during the process the help was all from the staff at the create clinic they use

Good clinic

The journey had many bumps along the way but the staff were supportive to rectify issues diagnose and create effective plans Unfortunately our patient coordinator left through the process and this led to difficulties with communication however other patient coordinators stepped in to support particular praise to Jess G who was extremely supportive and knowledgable Staff were attentive and welcoming from receptionists through to the doctors in particular Emma and Laura who went above and beyond The nurses were always reassuring when we faced difficulties and made us feel at ease Treatments and pricing was clearly discussed and the staff were available for any questions we had along the way The treatments over 3 years led to the birth of our beautiful baby in Oct 24
