Inspiration hour

Emma travelled all the way over to Oldham for our inspiration hour We didn t make life easy for her as we didn t really know what we wanted but Emma was fabulous After looking around the house she had worked out our style and asked us questions we hadn t even considered She gave us some fantastic advice and we have decided to go ahead and book the transformation package We are so excited to work with Emma the level of communication is exceptional and we have been very inspired

I ve been working with Emma on designing my home and it s been an amazing experience so far As a first-time buyer I was pretty overwhelmed but Emma made everything easy by breaking down the process into manageable steps and priorities Emma responds quickly to messages and visits your house whenever you need her all at no extra cost She really listens to your ideas but also suggests new ones and isn t afraid to offer different perspectives which I love She s mindful of your budget and helps you focus on what needs to be done first instead of pushing for everything at once Plus she orders samples and shows them to you in person saving a lot of hassle I ve used her inspiration hour and revamp package and I can t wait to see the final result

Lovely to work with and so helpful

Emma has been so helpful in helping me overhaul my bedroom everything from colours to designing my own headboard I had been putting off redecorating and buying new furniture due to be letting down by decorators and removals companies previously it s been such a relief now that Emma has organised absolutely everything and I m looking forward to seeing everything come together
