I bought a rug from Berkfield it was a great price and was delivered very quickly Unfortunately unforeseen circumstances meant that I could no longer keep the rug The team were very understanding and allowed me to return the rug with no hassle The refund was done very quickly and the communication from the customer service team was excellent throughout the process Highly recommend and I will be shopping with them again
