Can t quite figure out where this company is based First though it was in the US then saw an address in Wales then I received a response to a complaint email from someone who clearly struggled with English Anyway it took 6 weeks for 3 bookmarks to arrive Wrong colours were sent and the quality was rather poor Waste of time Waste of money

Fake company that deserves no stars I ordered a product and it never arrived Tracking was sent but this was fake and did not make sense No refund will be given I wish I had read reviews of this company as I would never have ordered anything from them They are likely to be selling personal information to a third party Please avoid

Don t use this store Ordered some pictures quality is poor and no where near as described They arrived folded and the creases are evident Tried contacting them via published email addresses but undeliverable so can t get a refund

Wrong swimming costume sent It was one I would never wear They won t reimburse me unless I send the horrible thing back AND pay thd shipping cost So frustrated as I really liked the one I ordered They have offered md 5 compensation What a joke It is going in the bin I am sure emails were AI generated as customer service shocking

Extremely slow delivery and no returns permitted when items do not fit

Ordered some swimwear and had to chase up delivery as took over a month to arrive When I finally receive it it was too small despite being in the size I usually wear When I contacted customer services to arrange a return they refused to provide me with the relevant address and offered me 3 compensation Absolutely awful customer service - it should be standard to allow returns where items don t fit and it is not stated on their website that they won t allow this

This is my second pair of these shoes and it took me about 4 years to wear out the first ones When I saw them come on sale for less than 40 I was in I bought a half size larger this time around because it seems to me that they run just slightly small
