Update- Shelly contacted me via phone after this review and provided me with an update immediately and she assured me that my order would arrive in a week She kept her word Thanks for taking responsibility and keeping your word I m pleased with the outcome I ordered a bag on 11 20 21 Received bag on 11 26 21 that was permanently creased from being packed down in shipping Was given a 10 discount and was told to select another bag On 12 5 21 I was told my new bag was being prepared for shipping and I would be sent a return label Never received either I reached out again and was told they didn t have return label and to ship bag to an apartment address and they would refund my 21 68 on 12 17 21 which I did Still no bag and no refund on 12 20 21 This was a Christmas gift and after waiting 30 days Shelly says it will be another 6 weeks

EROS is Awesome
Product is good for the price Some delay occurred from order confirmation to shipping but it was mainly due to supply chain issues and lingering Covid restrictions Eros from Customer Service was very helpful He facilitated the delivery of the item He was constantly updating me with the status of my order and was very patient in communicating with me assuring me that everything is being done to meet my order Without Eros I do not know how my order would come through and finally delivered to me
