When I sought a starting point for my pizza project the most important fist step was education and accurate education Accademia Pizza Doc and the team just jumped out at me as the place to go I made some enquiries which were answered promptly and with enthusiasm The timing of my request was in between their scheduled courses and when I explained my situation they pulled out all the stops to facilitate me The introduced me to an amazing mentor Alessandro Della Monica Alessandro was amazing and really understood how to assess my ability Despite the language barrier with the help of an interpreter he delivered a fantastic course I look forward to moving through the courses to master level Then as a surprise the president of Pizza Doc invited me to join a course with the one and only Salvatore Lioniello what an experience I can truly recommend the team at Accademia Pizza Doc
