The logical choice for brokers with a common sense approach to lending The team at Accord in particular my BDM Charlie Tyler are fantastic They treat each customer on their own merit and where a traditional high street lender might be unwilling to listen as to why a customer perhaps had bad credit in the past Accord see the individual circumstances and not the computer says no A young couple approached me as they had been declined by their own bank due to historic adverse credit but they had been maintaining all credit commitments in the last 4 years No high street lender on my panel would consider as their system decided not to proceed whereas a quick call with Charlie to explain the reason for the adverse and he had a word with an underwriter and my decision was accepted Clients have been happily living in their first home for over 6 months now and couldn t be happier Thank you Accord Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone
