Bought 15 The Economist for 1 year Got a account with no subscription Support isn t answering to 10 tickets I created within the last 2 months Would not recommend Scam Edit 1 5 months laterThe support is back Unfortunatley the were spaming pre made texts to every ticket After my 5th i got a real answer Hello we are working towards restoring Economist module fully Please stay tuned for an announcement in our Telegram and Discord We will make sure to reimburse you for the missing days of your subscription by adding store credit to your account Thank your for your patience best regards That is nice but you can still buy products without a delivery of those There is nowhere written that a module has to be functional in order to get what you pay for

Total scam

Total scam Been using their service for more than 2 years It was a good site but from previous few months nothing is working anymore The accounts don t work anymore whatsoever Submitted support ticket 1 month ago and still no response So basically a dead dead site Don t buy anything if you do so now it would be just a waste of money

An abandoned site that does not provide real service

I purchased a subscription from the site on 06 22 2023It appeared that the subscription was invalid I tried to contact support via tickets more than once without an answerI tried to contact them via telegram they have disabled receiving messagesUnfortunately I lost money and time to no availI do not recommend purchasing any subscription from this site

Terrible service scam

I purchased a 1 month Netflix account and the credentials are not working Tried to replace them but it doesnt work and the account status stays in error Raised 3 tickets for 3 days an got no response Sent an email for a refund and I get an automated email from GMAIL that my email did not go through and support accountbot io doesnt accept messages

Avoid This site used to work but not anymore purchased 12 months Netflix UHD a month ago and it s not working I ve got account with wrong password and I m not able to generate another account because this one is according to accountbot valid just with wrong password I ve contacted them about the issue but responde was generic Just avoid it

the customer service is horrible when you open a ticket they treat you like you didn t pay and they blame you for everything-----------------------------------------------------Update 17 03 2023 accountbot io has flagged your review because they don t think it s based on a genuine experience To keep your review online we need to ask for your help ------------------------------------------------------Are you serious accountBot Do you prefer to delete bad comments rather than improve your service

No response

I have two tickets open for IP Vanish VPN subscription which I purchased yesterday but till now no response from them The account generator is showing Error Even after so many reminders no action Never thought they would stoop so low

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs Netflix subscription stopped working after a few days auto replacement does not work and 4 support tickets sent during the last 10 days haven t been answered at all You have no way to contact them they don t have an email and their discord channel won t let you post any messages The subscriptions might work for a few days but when they stop working there s nothing you can do I will contact my bank to request a refund to my CC because I was scammed

Support is non-existent discord server is useless there is no way to talk on it

Account works fine haven t had to replace it so far but it s impossible to get support or have questions answered Discord server says all tickets are responded to within 24 hours but my tickets are over 2 weeks without a reply

No working logins or support BEWARE

got account but the login does not work replacement system faulty and not giving any working replacements opened a support ticket over 2 weeks ago but no response 2nd ticket opened and still no response So effectively this is a dead site now with no logins or support dont waste your money
