I bought a chrunchyroll subscription for one year After 2 months the account is no longer premium The auto replacement isn t working stuck in error account status A lot of tickets added without having an answer they said in discord that they reply within 24 hours so that s not the case here I m really disappointed

Bought PokerGO for a year the account did not have a paid subscription and the site didn t give me a new one Support didn t respond in a month to my ticket and the email that s provided doesn t work and the message returns back Their site says that they respond in 24h but that s not true On their Discord it s disallowed to PM any admins and you don t have any write rights to even ask about it Decided to chargeback through credit card company as it seems the accounts are also stolen and not privately made
