I strongly discourage you from buying anything here I spent 150 and the confirmation page said it would take 3 days for shipping A week later I reached out as had not heard from them and I was informed a little production cycle is required A week later I emailed again and they informed me one of the items is no longer in stock I ask for that item to be refunded so they can ship the remaining items My request was forwarded to the relevant department again with no follow-up It has now been four weeks and I still have received nothing This is a scam

Terrible quality NOTHING like described or pictured on the website the Give you the run around when you try to return even though there returns policy clearly states you can return if not satisfied Try to offer a discount on further purchases instead As if I would by anymore of your garbage Awful company

Ordered on 7 December Order acknowledged on 11 December Tracking shown no activity by 15 December This is a fun Christmas sweater In the UK this would have been delivered by 10 December at the latest Dreadful service Order cancelled on 15 December and refund requested I wait with interest to see how long that takes If it s more than a week I shall lodge a complaint with PayPal as this is unacceptable

I purchased 4 Wicked sweatshirts under the impression that they were embroidered as advertised on the website Requested my money back as these are nothing but a picture on the material There is no embroidery Cheap material and false advertising

BEWARE This place is a scam They are making a killing off Wicked Merchandise and they send you crap if you get it at all They send you shiney terrible material and fuzzy printed items Nothing is embroidered as it says and then you CANNOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK
