Excellent customer service

I recently ordered ties and pocket squares for our wedding in June Both products are lovely really well made and I m very happy with them I found the communication and customer service from Swagger and Swoon second to none I got personalised emails and texts every step of the way including a note to let me know that there would be a bit of a delay as they d noticed a slight colour mismatch between the 5 ties and they were going to remake them because of that They also sent the ties and pocket squares in such a lovely box with a little packet of love hearts 10 10 5 stars and will recommend to my many friends getting married this year and next

I put in an order with Swagger Swoon without reading the delivery time Despite this they want out of their way to accommodate my request and delivered the Tie I d ordered in plenty of time The tie itself was striking and beautifully made They kept me informed at every point in chain of order to delivery I would definitely recommend them Their customer service is outstanding as was the product

I would definitely recommend Swagger Swoon to others who are looking to buy a set of suits There were a couple of issues where we had to get a different size and they were really helpful throughout the entire process Very fast at replying to emails and always happy to help with any requests Really happy with the service that I received and would recommend them to others

Wow such amazing customer service quality products Ordered a tie to try with our wedding suits without realising they did a test swatch service was immediately emailed asking if I d like a swatch sent out to me before proceeding with ordering just the 1 tie Was then emailed again a few days after delivery of the swatch to make sure I was happy and to continue with my order Once the tie has been received and approved by fianc will be ordering more as well as ordering additional cavani waistcoats through them rather than direct through cavani like we have done previously as I m so impressed with these guys You ve got yourself a loyal customer Thanks again to George Petra

So glad we found this company for our wedding ties The quality of the ties were unreal and the colouring was perfect they make the process so easy One thing I absolutely loved about getting our ties from swagger and swoon was them being the only company I could find that done both children and adults ties that actually matched and came in both bow ties normal ties and elastic to suit all the ages Will definitely recommend

Great quality items arrived well in advance of the wedding date However I had a mishap with one of the ties and pocket squares only 3 week before the wedding the customer services team namely Juss helped me out massively and rushed an additional tie and pocket square through Can t recommend them enough xx
