My company car was hit by a driver who
My company car was hit by a driver who did a hit and run 4 days before my car was to be returned to the the leasing company Not only did the AD Williams arrange for my car to be picked up they fixed all the damage on the car arranged for a new MOT on the car cleaned it and did the handover back to the leasing company This was a fantastic service and would recommend them to anyone A special thanks to Lorena Haric for all the help I received Best Regards Jason Curtis

An extremely satisfied customer
I was very impressed with the timing of the collection and delivery of my vehicle which was exactly on time with no slippage of an extra few days at either end Gerry explained everything in great detail and answered all of my questions of which i had quite a few regarding the repair work The repair itself was faultless and my car looks and feels as good as new if not better I also noticed that my car was cleaned before it was returned which was very nice to see and the customer service during the entire repair process was exceptional I would strongly recommend using AD Williams to all of my friends and relatives as i am one very pleased and happy customer

Above and beyond service
can not fault the service at all kept me informed at every step and went above and beyond when it came to pick up and drop off of the car the guys calling me to keep me informed of ETAs couldnt believe the turn around time as well and a great valet to top it off thank you everyone at AD williams

AD Williams collected my truck gave me a damage report and fixed the damage within a week They were very efficient and kept me up to date throughout I have more work that I need to do to my truck and will definitely be going back to them as soon as possible
