I think a negative minus rating would be better if it was available I ve completed surveys from this site three months ago but never been credit always been told to wait for the project to wrap up whenever I filed a complain to the help center To be clear this website is like a scam they will steal your time and efforts Don t fall for it

It s funny how they keep sending me emails to answer more surveys but they can t reply to my email about not receiving my payout

This company needs a lot of transformation for real Emails are not replied to at ALL the math on the site is crazy With a balance of 8 USD I don t meet the minimum of 4 USD for withdrawal Almost all surveys above 2 USD remain pending indefinitely once you successfully complete them I know they are somehow operational because I managed to withdraw 5 USD sometime in February this year well after a serious struggle Why don t you guys take your business serious though

Very terrible waited over three months for the rewards from a survey I spent a lot of time on about 2 hrs only for it to get rejected Whyyyy

The worst website ever we need to report them at cint or any other company that uses it for research purposes They used to take their participants serious but not anymore They are scamming people

Afrisight is now a laughing stock amongst its peers as it ratings keeps going down daily as a result of unprofessional handling of its operations At the moment most members complain of inability to withdraw their earnings myself inclusive Customer service is zero as it does not respond to queries I had written more than 3 times with no single response As a result of the non chalatant and unprofessionalism the general public now look at afrisight com as a scam site It does not worth my 1 star ratings Samuel

I have been requesting a payout for over a month and everytime I get rejected with we could not process your payout request please contact us for help when I contact them they don t respond I have left multiple messages and even sent emails but got no response Some surveys have been pending for over two months Do you know how much data and time we spend on this surveys The least you could do is to respect us enough and reply to our queries or better yet have call center where we can get clarity

Inability to withdraw

I have been trying to withdraw into my local bank since the 10th of February 2024 up till date and I keep getting rejected I have also sent emails and messaged them on messenger but no response They need to take this very seriously cause I don t understand why we would take our time and data to complete their surveys and then when it s time to withdraw we d be having issues It s actually very unfair They should look into it cause it s frustrating
