The finest example of what customer service should be My first thanks is to Jean at the Knutsford store for patiently explaining the AGA 101 as a first time purchaser your patience and knowledge made me feel so at ease to move forward My second thanks is to Charley at the Telford store for continuing and completing the journey patience and excellent product knowledge allowed us to choose the perfect AGA The final thanks to the install team never an easy task and undertaken with the same level of expertise and kindness It is quite simply the most enjoyable and thought provoking purchase I ve ever made particularly in a world where the air fryer has become king

Fantastic service received from Zen and Skip today when they delivered my new AGA MasterChef Deluxe cooker Super friendly and efficient when disconnecting my old cooker and installing the new one I was shown how to use my new cooker and all of the functions etc All of the packing was taken away too All done with a friendly service and a smile - thank you so much

We recently had an AGA stove installed by Lak and Skip and we couldn t be more pleased with the entire experience From start to finish they were professional punctual and incredibly knowledgeable Lak was meticulous with the planning and took the time to explain every step of the installation process ensuring we understood how everything would work He made sure our kitchen was fully prepared for the installation even pointing out small adjustments that would improve the stove s performance and safety in the long term Skip s craftsmanship was top-notch His attention to detail was impressive and he worked efficiently without cutting corners The two of them made a great team balancing technical expertise with a friendly approachable attitude They also cleaned up after the job was done leaving the kitchen spotless The AGA works perfectly and has transformed our kitchen It s clear that Lak and Skip take pride in their work and we re thrilled with the result We highly recommend them for anyone considering an AGA installation
