This is the first time I have used Airfare experts When I recieved the email confirmation there was an error in the air reservation I called their customer service line and got immediate attention The representative corrected the error in a polite and professional manner and resent the corrected confirmation in a matter of moments Good job

AMAZING PRICE and Great Service
I am an avid researcher And also a penny pincher Those two do not generally make for quick buying decision LOL I have been stalking airfares for our May 2020 Greece trip from Texas for almost a year to get an idea of how prices MIGHT fall I knew I needed to budget about 2000 per round trip ticket - but hoped I could get it closer to 1500 if I were lucky Two days after prices were published for our dates I was on Skyscanner checking prices again - and about 11 30 pm on a Monday - I saw a significant price drop via this 3rd party seller These particular KLM Delta tickets were listed for 860 round trip - the same route on the KLM Delta website was booking at 2100 WHAAAT That was a 1240 savings The mix of positive and negative reviews for this seller as well as other 3rd party sellers had me worried that a purchase would likely not go through bait and switch maybe Long refund process The headaches seemed likely But it was such a savings opportunity I took the chance And I am very glad I did Here is how it worked for me 1 I placed the order on their website for SIX tickets It did time out on me ONCE and I had to start over - I typed faster lol 2 When I clicked the order button I immediately got a screen with a booking confirmation number I knew this was not a verification of tickets - just that AirExperts received my order I also received this confirmation via email 3 I then immediately checked my credit card account and saw a pending charge of 1 from AirExperts - so knew they were verifying that my payment method was valid 4 About an hour later I received an Important Notification email requesting that I urgently call them However this was the middle of the night and I was in bed by this point - so did not see this until the next morning I did not call them 5 Approximately one hour after this they sent a text AND email letting me know that my etickets were ready All of the ticket information in their correspondence was correct 6 The flight was through Delta Air France I logged into my Delta account and ALL SIX of the tickets I had purchased were there Whoop sign of relief I then called Delta and spoke with a customer service representative and verified that everything looked correct on her end YES 7 I checked my credit card account and it showed a charge from Delta pending for the full price of the tickets No other charges I did notice that the names on our tickets came through the Delta system with no space between First Middle Names The Delta rep thought this might be an issue with boarding - so I called AirExperts and spoke with Frank On Franks end the names were correct Exactly how I entered them and them were correct on all of the confirmations I receive from them The spacing issue happened in the airline system He told me this would not be an issue I was still concerned so Frank very patiently and kindly offered to conference call with me to Delta I was very impressed with the customer service Frank provided BTW - the spacing is NOT an issue As long as the names are spelled correctly - they can all run together It s common in the airline systems All I can say about the negative reviews you read - it s important to remember this is a 3rd party They have no control over the airlines So if your flight changes - they are at the mercy of the airlines to update them so they can update you They can only put information into their system and wait for the airline s system to respond I think if you are kind and calm - they will be too Customer service is a hard job - getting emotional with them just makes their job harder Booking via a 3rd party - generally the actual airline will not be able to help you with changes - so you will need to be prepared for this Be blessed and have a great flight
