I just purchased a FX Panthera

I just purchased a FX Panthera Compact 25 it came with a standard 22 mag It was so easy to call Airgun Depot and get a replacement This was my third purchase of FX Airguns My first was FX Dreamliner in 22 which I had problems with it being filled with air in the end they replaced the whole gun I have found that they are very fair when it comes to customer service I have had other tell me that I should use one of the airgun companies As long as Airgun Depot maintains this level of customer service I will always go to them first Thanks Airgun Depot you have won my loyalty

Good range of products and great service I purchased a Mag Ultra and had problems with it Your people took care of it and I ended up with an extremely accurate and reliable rifle I have purchased a lot of pellets and everything was exactly as advertised also delivery was punctual Keep up the good work

UPS allowed my purchase to be stolen

UPS allowed my purchase to be stolen off my property because they didn t deliver it to the correct address AirgunD made it right - as UPS stonewalled on the loss claim Before AD made it right I made sure AD confirmed they would be reimbursed by UPS Have not received rifle yet so cannot review that Will update this when I do Update Received replacement from AD I mounted scope which had a tilted reticle in relation to the level gun and scope so tilted scope so reticle would be level either way it s not a good start for assuring accuracy Results proved that best I could do was tennis ball groups at 35 yards w two different pellets Will keep practicing to find it s sweet spot pellet etc then decide if I want to upgrade the scope BTW It s not AD s fault that GAMO provided an inferior scope AD can will suggest upgrades they have in stock - just ask them

On 6-8-23 I called and talked to Bridgette at Airgun Depot and told her about the issues I was having with my new scope Without hesitation she informed me there was a lifetime warranty on the scope and set the wheels in motion for a new replacement Since that day I have received two emails from Bridgette and the support team keeping me informed on what was going on and when I should receive my new scope Bridgette and the support team at Airgun Depot are awesome people and 1 in my book This is the only place that will get my business Thanks again
