Very disappointing Part of the reason I booked this parking was on the strength of them helping me lift my case as I m unwell and it s very difficult for me The minibus driver point blank refused to help so I had to struggle myself On return there was a minibus waiting in the allocated space - he saw me coming and shouted another in 5 minutes and drove away despite having no passengers I then had a 25 minute wait All the drivers were very rude and somewhat intimidating would NEVERrecommend or use again

Awful experience trying to find the park and ride carpark the morning of our departure drove round and round for nearly an hour as the sat nav kept taking us to the wrong place I eventually got through to the number to be told the postcode which was written on my paperwork was wrong by one letter After they gave us the correct postcode we got into the carpark and parked up with two other families that had also experienced the same thing as us We then waited for the bus but after 15 mins I asked the employer where the bus was and he said he was unsure but maybe stuck in traffic As we was all running late he suggested we could start walking and the bus would collect us on route We all started walking and about 10 mins later the bus came along which we got on to the terminals Although we managed to get our flight still by the skin of our teeth it was extremely stressful morning and for that reason I won t return to Luton again

Our roof box was damaged in the week away and no-one has paid any interest at all Complained on site the man said I don t know complained by email no response It won t open any more it looks like either someone has tried to force it open Otherwise if you don t mind your property getting smashed with not even an acknowledgement a good service

Number provided to call on landing went straight to voicemail voicemail not possible as mailbox full Tried several times No joy Arrived at car park to be told there s loads of cars customers we ll be as quick as we can while he texts the guys to get the car here sort your mailbox out Oh then told we were lying about calling the number as other people managed to get through

Very rude staff behind the phone Asking me extra 20 while I write down my flight number date etc My flight simply was on 29th And I arrived 1 am on 30th and they are asking for full day Also they are claiming 5 min away from airport but surprisingly ask me to wait 30 minutes Whole experience was disappointing and would never use them again

Absolutely appalling experience with this company having our son s Nintendo switch games stolen from the glovebox whilst we left our car with them They were ludicrously unhelpful and uncooperative - refusing to let us know where our car had been taken and whether they had any CCTV You would have assumed they would have been worried if a theft had occurred whilst in their hands but alas they were not whatsoever There were no attempts from their side to follow this up nor any apology A very untrustworthy and unprofessional company

Avoid at all costs they are a scam artists very poor service and all employees lie just to get your money and get you out of their way Pay a bit more and use the more reliable parking that will not scam you for money and additional extras with zero added value proper fraudsters just avoid them

Good Afternoon I was disappointed your service As soon as I took my car back I noticed that other people were driving in my car The rugs of back of the car were completely dirty althouth I left the car in spotless condition As well I found belongings in my car which wasn t mine It s not acceptable that other passengers is driving with my car Extremely disappointing

Drivers do not help you with cases twice now they have refused even though it says when u book they will help hence we booked as my husband has a bad back Worse than that we arrived and the customers onboard had loaded the cases to above head height and we were expected to lift 23kg that high - disgraceful

The wrong postcode is on the information they send you LU2 9HD sends you to an unused carpark We drove around for an hour trying to find Eventually a security guard in his car guided us to the correct location LU2 9HB WE arrived at the airport 5 10 our flight was 6 00 very nearly missed it I have since found out many people have had this problem Surely it s not too difficult to update the postcode on the information they send you Disgraceful
