Long wait for shuttle

This car park is very close to the airport and good value BUT I had to wait just over 30 minutes for the shuttle bus to arrive - I could have walked in less time than that I arrived at 06 23 and boarded the shuttle at 06 54 Fortunately I only had carry on luggage By contrast the return shuttle was really fast so I was happy about that

Cancelled flight and no refund

I have no complaints in terms of the car park and the guys were very helpful My flight got cancelled and I could not travel However I didn t get refund as this is the policy

It s like parking in a war zone

It s like parking in a war zone Cars parked all over the place with very little road markings if any The staff are friendly and transport to and from airport is ok

disorganised but got there

we have used airport parking and purple parking which seems to be run by the same people the whole process seems very disorganised but got us to the airport eventually

We left at 3 30 am in total darkness

We left at 3 30 am in total darkness and went to a bus stop as directed On the way back the driver called out bus stop numbers which in the total darkness we left in were totally invisible We were then told that our bus stop was not going to be stopped at until the bus was full again So we had to walk 3 4 s of the parking area with our luggage Very poor in my opinion

Simple parking but poor customer service

Parking on the day was straightforward Quick journey to the airport and clear instructions However when I d found a cheaper quote before my holiday the company agreed to match it and refund the difference but the refund hasn t materialised and I m having to chase Based on the service from that I wouldn t use again and wouldn t recommend

Dissapointing

Whilst the parking was OK the attitude and behavior of the staff were very poor On arrival the person meant to meet us wouldn t venture out of his cabin and merely pointed us toward a parking area The bus which was meant to arrive within a few minutes took nearly 30 on return the young man at the gate where you caught the bus was rude and piled everyone s luggage into a heap in the back of the van so retrieving your cases at the car park was a nightmare finally the driver on return was extremely rude and told me off for having a drink in my hand and argued with other families as he could not understand what they were trying to tell him Overall it was not an experience I would choose to repeat

Parking hard to locate and postcode not helpful

Prepaid for this parking but couldn t locate the parking and the postcode led me to a different parking site When I called the receiver just said I went to the wrong location and ended the call Had to pay for parking elsewhere so I could catch my flight in good time

I wouldn t use this company again

I wouldn t use this company again The carpark was so overbooked cars were parked all over the place at risk of getting scraped and the allocated spaces they did have weren t very big at all so they clearly prioritise quantity We waited ages for the bus to turn up which was a coach so suitcases had to go underneath The staff didn t help which resulted in an even longer wait for all the cases to be rearranged so everyone could fit in From parking up to getting to the terminal the whole process took an hour which is ridiculous considering it s so close to the airport We had to do a max dash through the airport to catch our flight Only good thing was the bus was quick coming back Definitely worth paying a bit more for one of the better P R

Pretty awful return trip

The outgoing journey wasn t to bad However the return was pretty s Driver not helpful at all No greeting Offered no help with my heavy suitcase and then almost drove off with the doors open when I was trying to shut the door on a slope after again dealing with my suitcase Wouldn t use again so don t bother with the discount for leaving a review A friend actually recommended this company How embarrassing for her
