Great location

The car park is in a great location 5 minutes from the airport Booking was easy and directions to the car park were accurate We were transferred to the airport by minibus within 10 minutes On arrival back we phoned as instructed and waited 15 minutes for the minibus which when you re tired and it s cold and wet is too long That s why we didn t give 5 stars

Perfect Parking

Perfect Parking Reason for 4 is the driver stood and watched while we 2 pensioners plus two other passengers struggled to load our cases onto mini bus Upon return driver was very very helpful Returning to uk pick-up was excellent

Great service

It was a little tricky to find the car park but on phoning they were really helpful and gave us directions We waited less than 5 minutes for the mini bus transfer to the terminal 3 30am and on return the minibus was waiting to pick us up despite our flight being delayed

Plenty of parking spaces and shuttle

Plenty of parking spaces and shuttle bus runs regularly so it was a really easy process Would only suggest clearer signage on entrance to make it easier to find as had early morning flight so wasn t easy to see in the dark

Good find

Not that easy to find but once we did easy enough to park up there was already a bus there so didn t have to wait for our transfer Only took a few minutes to get to departures On return I rang the number given to me and a bus swiftly arrived to take us back to the car a posh bus at that great service will use again We ve always used terminal 1 or 2 car park but due to increased cost tried this no regrets

Great but address sent was wrong

Everything was great however the address that was sent on the booking confirmation was incorrect and the postcode on the website was wrong also We was sent to somewhere in the complete opposite direction We had to call the parking office on site to get the correct directions Other than this it was a great service

Good but still room for improvement

Good parking and quick trip to airport But never given a parking slot location number so spent ages finding the car when I returned in the dark Had to wait 25 mins to get picked up from airport to return to car which was disappointing

Simple effective parking does what it says on the ad

Simple effective parking at the airport Well signposted on roundabout and helpful staff to show spaces although spaces are tight Shuttle bus quick and effective on both outbound and inbound journeys Great pricing too

Advantages and disadvantages

The disadvantages are -I bought a parking ticket for 27 hours and paid almost the same amount as when I got a ticket for 3 days of parking Two weeks difference It s expensive for short periods-You said that you are not responsible for damaging cars while parking such as scratches or accidental bumps Big disadvantage On September 30th after 7pm we had the disappointment of waiting for a bus to take us to the airport for more than 40 minutesOn October 1 around 9pm when returning to the airport the driver was very rude Advantages -large parking there were always places available when we were flying - illuminated parking- Bus available -close to the airport

Probably the cheapest Luton airport parking

Probably the cheapest Luton airport parking for short stay I needed 3 days very easy to get to next to the airport Parking spaces could be a bit wider was OK for Passat but would be concerned with larger SUV The only con hence 4 stars - buses to from airport were completely full need more for shorter and more pleasant transfers
