The worst car park I have ever visited The staff were unfriendly the shuttle buses were small and the area was overcrowded They just wanted to be posh without knowing that there would be a lot of people and they have to buy bigger buses

Disappointing Experience with Luton Airport Premium Self ParkI have used Luton Airport Premium Self Park several times but my most recent experience has left me thoroughly disappointed While the parking itself is generally convenient the wait time for the shuttle back to the car park is consistently unacceptable On my last trip the shuttle took an entire hour to pick me up after arriving at the terminal This is not an isolated incident I ve had similar long waits in the past Given that the car park is only about a mile away from the terminal I find this incredibly frustrating especially after a long flight When you pay for premium parking you expect a better level of service particularly in terms of convenience and efficiency Unfortunately that hasn t been the case with the Premium Self Park service It s something that definitely needs improvement as such long waits are completely unreasonable I hope the airport will address these issues as I would otherwise reconsider using this service in the future

I Booked parking with 247 parking at the time of booking my flight make the journey stress free 6 months later when phoning to confirm I was on my way to the airport I was told the booking had been cancelled by the agent and I would have to pay again at twice the original price I had no choice but to pay again as I needed to leave the car The cancellation is a mystery as it was not initiated by me and did not result in a refund to my credit card at the time they cancelled the booking This means that the total price for leaving my car has come to three times that I originally paid I have emailed them but There seem to be a multitude of companies involved in processing this complaint luton airport 247 parking we deal and compare parking deals emails bounce and each denies any responsibility for what has happened I had not realised when I placed the booking that I was using a network of third party bookers as the results returned by google look official I definitely ended up in the wild west of car parking I will be more careful in future Meanwhile I would expect If I can get anyone to respond to the complaint to be refunded for the second higher fee plus some sort of courtesy payment for the stress this added to the first day of our holiday

I been wanting for the bus wan we arrive for all most 50 minute in the cold I ring the bus number no answer

Dropped off l at the airport was good minibus arrived in couple of minutes and driver was helpful and friendly Return journey completely different story Waited over 35 minutes for the minibus from point of us calling it s a 12 minute round trip The driver was incredibly rude and unhelpful spend 5 minutes on his phone vaping before we left - It was late with 2 sleeping children and we just wanted to get home Drop off bus stops are not the same as collection spots but apparently that was out fault we didn t know this and gave us and other customers a hard time when we asked to be dropped at same bus stop we were picked up from - so we stood a chance of finding our car Did not open the boot for us to collect luggage Generally very unhelpful rude and hostile service at airport drop off Drivers were chalk and cheese comparing drop off with pick up service I wouldn t use again

Awful experience unsafe transfers with child sitting on laps and siblings under 10 sitting on each other laps due to over crowded bus Staff are unprofessional and unhelpful smoking whilst on the job No structure and evidently take no pride in their jobs I will not be using this service again

Disappointing Transfer buses were NOT frequent and while the team were trying their best they were not able to keep us informed of what was happening Probably won t use Airport Parking Luton yet

Refused to bring car to meet and greet area due to snow Asked us to take their shuttle bus to their parking which caused me to wait in snow more than 30 minutes with my children After that the bus driver left us near the entrance of the parking to walk across the garage to the porta cabin on the other side with about 25 minute walk in snow with children and luggage

This experience was awful the sat nav coordinates took me to a recycling centre I then went to the airport and followed the directions sent to me I eventually found the entrance but the gate never opened the directions were so vague and I was in danger of missing my flight so I went to the long stay car park I asked about this parking company and no one had heard of it On my return a week later it cost me 270 for my parking I have tried to contact the company several times but never get a reply I did a little investigation and found hundreds of people were directed to the recycling centre some of which missed there flights and could not find the entrance regardless of there efforts SO TO SUM UP STAY WELL CLEAR OF THESE RIP OFF MERCHANTS ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR HARD EARNED THEY BIN YOU LIKE SOME PIECE OF GARBAGE BITE THE BULLIT AND PAY FOR A PROPER CARING CAR PARK YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED USE THIS RIP OFF SITE AT YOUR PERIL TRULY DISGUSTING RIP OFF MERCHANTS

Done booking online paid about 27 for 4 days when arrive they re charged another 30 because I drive van really why you not asking before I booked Total scammer
