It was all going so well until we could not reach anyone on the phone when we d landed

Efficient on the way out but on the way home we tried to call no answer answer machine was full so not able to get through and consequently car was not ready for us when we arrived to the carpark at 2am We were then greeted with an unapologetic operative who told us it was not his fault and we d just have to wait Not great customer service for 7 ladies who had been travelling for many hours

It s a very convenient but basic

It s a very convenient but basic parking The coach to the airport needs some essential maintenance On a windy night the door slammed against my hand with a nasty injury

Disappointed

The pre departure experience was very good but unfortunately the whole experience was spoilt on the return due to been kept sitting on a mini bus waiting for other passengers for about half an hour in very foggy conditions before we could get on our 150 mile drive home

Easy parking decent value

Easy drop off friendly man at the gates Easy to park as plenty of spaces and directed to a set bus stop area Bus was a quick trip and a nice bus Lady who dropped us off at the airport was rude and didn t help with bags despite the booking saying they do My mum is 62 with arthritis in her hands and really struggled to get her case in even with my help The man on the way back was friendlier

Good parking facility

When they say the driver will assist with the luggage they don t This I witnessed on two occasions going out and coming back Also on the return communication from the service provider is not good especially for people using the service for the first time I was told to go to parking bay G but did not know how to get to the bus as the gate was shut The bus just drove away

Could be better

Not very well signposted as to which car park to go to as postcode we was given did not take us to car park Some staff on the car park did not understand English very well so told us to park car in wrong place On arrival back to Luton once we had rang to say we was collecting our luggage we still had to stand around in the freezing cold waiting for our car at the meet and greet area for ages

Definite room for improvement

They couldn t find my amended booking resulting in waiting for over half an hour to get this sorted Seemed disorganized with the minibuses there was no order and made to wait 15 minutes in the freezing cold as they loaded a family on before us despite us being there some ten minutes before When we finally got on the bus somebody had left their car window open so we had to all turn back instead of them getting off and catching the next bus To be fair return journey was alot smoother there was a minibus already waiting at the airport and we got back to our car with no issues

Very disappointed with the transfer we

Very disappointed with the transfer we have to wait for the transfer for 55 minutes with the children in the cold weather

Helpful BUT

The service was good and staff helpful However although I had explained when booking that my wife had a mobility scooter the bus had no facility to drive it on board via a ramp as other parking providers have It was necessary to dismantle it load it on board with the luggage and to remove it we had to take all the luggage out that had been placed on top This was not good

Not easy to find in the dark

Not easy to find in the dark the entrance is not lit and the sat nav takes you to what I assume is an old entrance Now I know where it is its obvious for next time but bear this in mind if its your first stay Very smooth drop off parked car jumped on bus Excellent Coming back was slightly confusing I was given a card to call them when I landed There was about an hour wait to get through Passport Control so I didn t see much point ringing them until I finally got out As luck would have it there was a bus waiting so I jumped on The driver asked me though if I had rang ahead I explained that I hadn t but seeing as he was already there what would be the point Only one other person got on but we still waited there for about 15 mins
