I was shown where to park but their card does not tell me where I have parked Some sort of system would help as it is hard to remember to take a picture before you leave as bus is always waiting They could also prioritise taking people with young children first I would be happy to give my space up for them

We were really impressed by the service very easy and quick as well as being reasonably priced My only complaint was that whilst waiting for more people to get in the bus upon return the driver left the engine running for at least 20 minutes totally unnecessary and terrible for the environment He also left his seatbelt plugged in and only put the top strap over him when he got in to drive

Unfortunately post code on the website is incorrect When finally founded parking there was a lot of space to park my car Shuttle bus arrived quickly and travel to airport is 3 min When we came back bus was waiting for us but we have to wait 20 minutes for another 2 persons Overall good experience

Carpark is a bit difficult to find Overall was good

I booked the parking months in advance This caused problems on the way to the carpark when I couldn t find any email or text confirmation at all from the company to the point which I thought I must have failed to complete the booking I checked my bank statements to find that the payment had left my bank account but the company name wasn t stated on the bank statement My wife then googled the parking options at Luton and by chance found the correct one entered the number plate into the website and found the booking It s extraordinary that the company don t send you anything at all when you buy the parking and I strongly recommend that they change this Other than that everything was easy We were directed to the space picked up from where the car was parked and driven straight to the airport in under 5 mins in a smart minibus On our return we were picked up within about 2 mins of arriving at the bus stop and driven pretty much straight to the car Everyone involved was very helpful and friendly It was good value and extremely straightforward I d use the service again but will make a note of the details at the time of booking next time

Good over all but slightly confusing regarding the pist code provided as It led me to nearby recycling center

Used Premium Self Park and it was the best airport parking experience Drive up met by an attendant who check you in and tells you where to park Shuttle bus was ready to take us 3 minutes drive and dropped off right in front of the airport Return was just as easy Cam out of the airport and Shuttle was waiting Jumped in and dropped off near the car Very Smooth Cost was higher than expected but the overall experience was worth it

Good parking very close to the airport friendly staff the only minus is that the parking spaces are very narrow

Such a great value for money Transfer shuttles were regular and on time Took one start off as the driver didn t even offer to load the bags
