IT S A SCAM STAY AWAY FROM THEM I contacted Heathrow airport directly which you can do too they confirmed that fast track is only provided by the airline for business first class passengers ONLY and no one other than the airline can provide this service even Heathrow Airport it self queues at immigration are managed by border force and out of our control STAY AWAY FROM THEM

I had nothing but trouble with airportservices ae meet greet service at Dubai airport Every interaction I had with them was an irritating runaround from start to finish Contrast this with Marhaba meet greet that I used twice at Dubai airport with no problems I will use Marhaba meet greet and never ever use airportservices ae again

The most terrible meet and greet

The most terrible meet and greet experience at London Heathrow I most sincerely urge people not waste there time and money on this meet and greet service I booked for my 70 mother who had a knee surgery and health issues just few years back I paid for there topmost platinum service claims to offer most comfortable experience Even after so many requests on there wats app business account that my mom needs a wheelChair which btw airlines provides They assured me they would coordinate with the airline but nothing my mother had to walk through the passport control baggage and exit Such a shame I spend 250 which can be an economy return fare The senior passengers from same flight who had no paid meet and greet were escorted comfortably throughout on complementary wheel chairs I feel terribly guilty for paying these ridiculous meet and greet who made my mother walk and she had to go through huge discomfort They promised so many things and delivered the worst experience ever As my mother was travelling upper class she was entitled to use fast track anyways So this meet and greet service did nothing extra I just ended up eating my hard earned 250 on a ridiculous service only to receive my mother with lot of pain and discomfort in her legs They keep asking what time the flight arrives it is unbelievably unprofessional that they are inservicw industry and after sharing the passengers detail they can t track or check the flight timings with flight number they ask ten clients The greatest shock was when the greeter also told me that he was not informed that my mother needs a wheel chair that is not only a sad it is inhumane to put a senior citizen through such a torture I had go through so much stress added burden to communicate with them warning themConstantly that my mother cannot take walking Ispirw if all this and spend so much it was a distaster Phone numbers was provided by the wats app customer care but no one ever answers They also lied that they had hired Hindi speaking staff for her but in reality it was some Heathrow Airport staff who helped my mother with communication Most disastrous experience they are such frauds do not expect any great service and please do not book for any seniors the airline wheelchair willBe a better option and they willBe more comfortable I wish I had not booked it

I have booked it through this website meet and greet at Houston airport They took the full amount 960usd and next day asking 340Usd more for some late fees I was surprised and refused to pay further I asked them to refund my money but now they are not replying This is horrible

Extremely unsatisfied and they deducted funds from my account then declined the service No problem with them blocking funds and then confirming the booking but now I m out of pocket and I don t have a service Not happy

Booked Meet Greet Service Not ProvidedI booked airportservices ae from arrival from Melbourne airport to Dubai airport through to the boarding gate for my flight to Dublin I was NOT Met or Greeted by airportservices ae staff and I had to make my own way through Dubai airport to the boarding gate for my flight to Dublin and I only had 45 minutes to do this The excuse offered for not providing the service was technical and not understandable After 2 months and several emails I received a full refund minus bank fees No compensation was offered They did offer an apology The only recommendation I can give is to avoid airportservices ae as they are NOT reliable
