Have been continually phoning and emailing with no response My partner purchased a pair of boots whilst the quality was superb they were too big They have ignored all contact re return Not super cheap and if no use - thoroughly disappointed - He was only looking to exchange - poor very poor - order ref VIP1041

I bought a pair of boots from this

I bought a pair of boots from this company and in fairness i have had them 7 months but only wear them occasionally as I have approximately 45 pairs of boots and shoes These boots which are suede and leather sadly split on the suede part of the material after only wearing them around a dozen times I brought this to the attention of the company to which their reply was if I didn t know they were going to split after 14 days there was nothing they could do as it was company policy not to accept returns after this time scale wish I had been psychic Showed them photos of the boots which are in perfect condition apart from the defect I was then told that I had caught the suede on something sharp this having happened in such a perfect way as not to have touched the leather at all a miracle The top and bottom of this is the material used is of a low quality and they charge top money for it Sad I really liked these boots and would have purchased more from them had they had been of a decent quality but not after the way they treated me will stick to reputable brands such as Loake Grenson Eves and Grey Justin Deacon some of the brands I normally purchse from

Steer clear Customer service is diabolical Still refusing my refund 42 days later

Still trying to get my refund after 42 very long days they sent me 2nd class return postage via Royal Mail post which took over a week to arrive The 2nd class postage doesn t actually provide enough cover for the price of the shoes only offers 50 compensation when I paid 84 for shoes The parcel is supposedly lost they refuse to refund me and have stated that my parcel weighs half of what it should on my proof of postage so accused me of not actually putting the shoes in the return parcel They want ME to investigate the whereabouts of the parcel with the post office and when I explained I am unable to get there currently due to my disability they told Debenhams that I had refused to sort it out with the post office When I told them I was going to complain about their customer service I received an email saying I was disrespectful and that there was nothing wrong with their customer service They are still stalling so I m left with no shoes and a credit card bill for 84 Do not buy from this company

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service I returned some shoes following their policy to the letter but they have gone very quiet since and have not issued my refund I will have to go to small claims court if they don t refund me soon I know it will cost more but it s the principle

Complicated and inadequate returns service

Lovely shoes but too big so have returned however they really let themselves down with the return service There have been 21 emails back and forth and I still haven t been refunded It really shouldn t be this complicated
