We have had a wonderful experience with Al Hadi travel our agent Haseeb was fantastic we went to umrah April 2024 Every aspect of the service was as described They provided me with a full package including airport transfers and Ziyarat Their rates were very competitive Customer service was exceptional big thank you to Haseeb for always going the extra mile very responsive We as a older couple travelling to saudia felt safe in the hands of Al hadi travel I would definitely recommend to friends and family

Mr Yassir was tailored our Umra package to meet our needs as family of 5 We told him our budget and requested 10 day package 5 days in Makkah and 5 days in Madina We got 2 rooms in 5 star hotel Voco Makkah which provided shuttle buses to The Haram 24hrs Yassir kept in touch throughout the booking experience and even when we reached our destination He was very proffessional reassuring and caring I would recommend Mr Yassir and Alhadi Travel for arranging Umra package

From start to finish the attention to customer satisfaction was great Khizra Khanam our travel consultant was very patient helpful and courteous There were cheaper options available to us with other companies but the reason we went with Alhadi Travel is due to the support Khizra provided She was always available to answer questions I am sure the trip will be well managed also Any updates will be posted accordingly

Alhamdu Lillahi we went for Umra with the family of 4 Everything went well from Jeddah airport to 5 stars Vocco Hotel in Makka The hotel is brilliant the room is within fantastic children we re really happy for the big bathroom well cleaned Service is very good Thank to Allah who called us for this sacred moment of Umrah also many thanks to Mr Bilal who assists us during this Holy trip from the day we made the booking arriving in Jeddah Makkah Madina to the way back home Mr Bilal is a very good assistant who s I already recommended to family and friends Whoever is looking for Umrah package do not hesitated to contact Bilal from Alhadi Travel Jazakha Allah kherian

I left a message regarding a quote for an Umrah package Haseeb got in touch the very next day and promptly put a package together for a family of 5 We made a few changes and each time Haseeb was more than happy to make the amendments The service received so far has been excellent As we haven t actually travelled or performed Umrah I can t comment on that I will inshallah update my review on my return
