DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE The only way this company can improve is to provide a direct link to the official website to buy tickets I thought it was strange when I d purchased the tickets and they said they d need to check availability I spent 70 on two tickets that didn t give us entrance to the main palace just the outside parts I had to go to the customer service and bought two tickets for the entire palace for 36 nearly half the price of the first and with EVERYTHING INCLUDED that we wanted to see What should have cost 36 has cost me more than 100 because of these scammers Must admit for scammers their service was good though

I have the same experience as all the people who left their review here I wish I had read them before I bought these tickets Our experience It looked like it was the official site of the Alhambra to buy tickets and I still think it is but Alhambra works apparently with a booking office My Top Tours but you don t know this until you bought the tickets and receive a confirmation from them We bought these tickets via this official site to avoid to be scammed and because it was too difficult to compare different sites and offers look for reviews on a small smartphone screen on holiday We paid 85 ticket and thought this was the normal price since it was the official site When we received the tickets there was indicated 18 as the price for the ticket without the audioguide but still At home comparing on our computers we found the same tickets with audioguide on other sites for 39 still half the price We complained but they did not want to do a refund Stay away from this site IT IS A SCAM

Scammers I paid 86 euros for two tickets thinking it was the official website They sent me some Emails with a reservation number and address where to go to pick up tickets Google map pointed to difrent place They do not answer the phone only after a long time they respond to whatssup with auto messages What is the worst they sent me tickets for 10 euros per person I paid 86euros for tickets that cost 20 euros lol At the service desk the lady will not accept complaints because it is not a complaint service Moreover to the question of where and how can I make a complaint I received the answer in another point but they do not have an address w t f or by phone no one answers the phone Communication in English with them was realy poor Avoid from afar

A total SCAM I paid 35 euros per person for the Alhambra audio tour thinking that it would be a general ticket for the entire place including the palace and gardens It did not include the palace of Nazrin the most important part otherwise I would have had to pay 86 euros This ticket is only 19 euros if you go to the actual Alhambra website or to the campus itself And the audio tour was the exact same as you can buy from the Alhambra Don t waste your money I wish I could have seen these reviews before I bought
