Excellent customer service uniforms were good quality but not great

My only complaint is that the quality of the jersey numbers is poor and were not put on the uniform very well On some of the jerseys the numbers look lumpy In fact we are concerned that they could start peeling with the general wear and tear of one basketball season We are hoping to use the uniforms for several varsity seasons but how the numbers hold up could present a problem Other than that the customer service was excellent and the shipping was very fast The material of the uniforms is nice and the players feel that they are comfortable

I ordered medium warm up jackets for my basketball team and they were on back order until march A representative called me after I put my order through to tell me Need to show on website that they are unavailable The color was supposed to be Vegas Gold it was more close to a yellow

No size difference from small to large youth girls

The customer service was great and shipping was as fast as it said it would be I was disappointed when I got the uniforms though They looked fine but the small was literally the same size as the large All my softball girls fit in to the uniforms except for one who needed a large and ended up having to go get it tailored If I am ordering small medium and large uniforms I expect them all to have a sizeable difference not be the same size and just have a different label

I wish there was proofing

I wish there was proofing because with the style I selected clearly came out looking like this lower case a for the first letter in my teams name which I assumed was going to look like this A not this a which some people said it looked like a backwards 6 Which could have quickly been corrected if I would have been able to proof my print Other that that the product was great and I would definitely be a repeat customer if a proofing feature is added

Size matters

I ordered a basketball shirt for my grandson The quality of the shirt and lettering was excellent But the sizing was totally wrong My grandson had a chest measurement of 28 According to their sizing a small was 28 - 28 So I ordered a medium 28 - 30 The shirt was huge 36 chest Maybe my grandson can wear it in like 3 years

Not a great experience at all

I ordered uniform vests and stated I wanted the names on the back The mock up even showed the name on the back I received the jerseys and there were no names I contacted the company and was told the names were not part of the deal I have documentation that states otherwise but its not worth the hassle One uniform was printed with the wrong font but they did fix this problem rather quickly

Been happy in the past

Been happy in the past but the last order was totally botched However they do seem to be taking care of it Will know more once the order is properly fulfilled

The product I received was good quality

The product I received was good quality and a quick turn but the sizes for what I picked were over sized I am 6 3 220lbs and the Adult M jerseys were a good fit on me so they were too big for many of the boys I coached

The quality and design of our uniforms

The quality and design of our uniforms are amazing I would have ordered more but shipping is a nightmare If it weren t for the shipping issue it would be a 5 out of 5 stars

Shipping cost was ridiculous

Staff was friendly but the shipping cost was ridiculous 9 on a pair of pants especially when the address was entered incorrectly and items was delayed It has been over a week since I returned pants it wasn t until I called they started the refund processing
