Horrible customer service need to update stock online Not willing to assist or work with customer when company has clearly made a mistake

I ordered uniforms for our team august 18 asked the service provider in the phone for PRIORITY shipping but it was sent by BOAT By the time we get them the volleyball season is almost done Today s date is 9 7 17

Customer service is terrible Spent over 300 on basketball uniforms and their sizing charts were incorrect I ending up spending 12 00 on shipping on a 11 00 pair of shorts and they did nothing to assist Will never use them again and recommend other looking elsewhere Terrible

I recently ordered 15 jerseys youth size and the font jersey size appeared to be larger than what it shows on their catalog I mean its almost like a football jersey It s that bad the parents on my team even thinks the jerseys was poorly that some had criticized my program for bad jersey quality You don t have to take my word but you might want to order a sample first before you purchase one for the team Bad experience and will never order from this company again

Jerseys ripped the first game i would never order here again This is not being meanListen guys did I say anything about you guys no It asked me to rate you guys and I did Did y all give us refund yes But does that change my experience no I sleep very well and night too So all that didn t have to be said That part was very professional Just saying So you have a blessed day The first person that responded to my rating responded very professional Thanks

I never received the uniforms I have emaied and call with no reply from anyone I ended up having to purchase them from somewhere else and not even the style that I wanted to have it to he team on time

These uniforms were not fitting to girls in the shorts We actually feel we need to reorder uniforms as the girls don t feel they will be able to play basketball and run very well This is a consensus for all 10 girls

So upset with this company I ordered 11 blank jerseys for a charity event and paid 90 for 1 day shipping next business day I ordered the items on Tuesday at 5 18pm expecting they would be shipped on Wednesday because the website advertises blank uniforms ship same day The shipping label was created Thursday but they were not shipped until Friday with the package to be delivered on Saturday Now the kids wont have their jerseys in time for the charity event I Tried to call the customer service line and of course they were closed To update this even more USP informed me that I paid for next day air shipping but all sports sent it ground If they had sent it air like I paid for the package would have arrived on time update it gets worse order arrived and only 3 medium jerseys arrived out of 8 small 3 medium order They are closed Saturday s and the Charity tournament is tomorrow Not cool

Pretty much the worst uniform I have ever purchased The uniforms were weeks late and then when we received them the design was so crappy and faded The sublimation comes from Egypt and you can tell The team name on the front was unreadable and the names on the back were so squished they looked like a blob We had to wear them for a tournament and the tops fell apart by the end of the day the material was unravelling at the seams and had snags allover the front The pants were decent quality but huge We had to have all the pants tailored to keep them from falling off the girls

I made many orders before and most the time the experience was good I have the Order 112309 Order Placed 01 15 2021 at 10 18PM PST and I have not received anything today JANUARY 30 2021 AND NOBODY GIVE ME A REASON ABOUT THE STATUS OF THIS ORDER
