Absolute scam company DO NOT TRUST Ordered two products which were promised to be delivered by Easter im still waiting Been sent two different tracking codes one which shows it s in the USA the other shows it s in China Terrible customer service PayPal being sent on same wild goose chase too

Do not order anything from this company it is a fraudulent scam They will overcharge for items and then provide you with fake tracking details Any response to resole cancel refund will result in automated emails of no use sending you in an endless loop Payments are charged to a completely different company - ZERO-MIRACLE NETWORK LIMITED Raised a case with PayPal to hopefully recover lost stolen funds Lesson is - do not order from companies advertising on Facebook - most are fake

Outrageous customer service

The product took weeks to arrive - longer than indicated I ordered the fit over glasses When they came they did not fit snugly as the measurements suggested and you could see my usual glasses underneath There was no easy refund route but on contacting them in looked possible- this was not so They did anything they could to make me give up and I am currently still waiting to find out to whom I can complain or revive a manager s name Do not use this company

Avoid buying anything from this company Hair straighteners Don t get hot Cable lead only 18in in length Tried to get a refund and return item Offered 2 compensation and informed nothing wrong with the item

Do not buy anything from this company

Stay away Ordered via an advertisement on insta for one of these straightening brushes Decided I didn t need it as got one elsewhere so emailed not long after the order Was told it was already packed and being dispatched Thought ok so I will just return it They gave me a tracking number from America When it eventually came the sent address was in the UK I have emailed them numerous times now about a refund and they continue to ignore me I will be reporting this company it s all a scam Please DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM

Company took more money out that total put in a PayPal claim Got an instant refund when I mentioned fraud That s the only reason for 2 stars
