Terrible product even worse customer service

I ordered tape in extensions I ve been wearing them for more than 3 years I know how to use them properlyI began installing the extensions and it was very difficult as the tape was not gripping my own hair Less than 12 hours later over half the extensions were falling out Just running my fingers through the tangles in the hair 5-7 tapes would just fall out in my hand The hair is also very thin and tangles easily poor quality I contacted the company asking for a refund This is not how brand new extensions behave It was not user error I received a faulty product Instead they offered to send me more tape to retape 12 hour old extensions When I told them that was unreasonable they offered a tiny refund and discounts for my next THREE purchases Um I won t be purchasing from them ever again let alone 3 more times Try GooGoo hair instead They have excellent customer service

If I could give 0 starts I would I purchased 4 packs of hair extensions Two packs I received were good and not used The other 2 packs were USED hair extensionsI requested a refund and I was told they are not giving me a refund unless the hair is not used brand new However the hair was send to me in USED condition- I did not receive a refund and they are not emailing me back they are just ignoring the issue DO NOT BUY

May 15 2023Buyer Beware I purchased 2 sets of 100 remy human hair extensions the first set was fine but not the color i needed then i got the second set and they were USED DIRTY MATTED in a clump This seems to be a ploy of this company because you cannot return used extensions but thats how they came How can this company still be in business I am by far beyond disgusted This is a health hazard And they do NOT return your emails This company needs to be investigated i am so disgusted looking to file a suit against them The emotional damage alone getting dirty used extensions is more than i can take DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Clip ins I ordered 3 packs of natural black hair directly from their site but same company as you can tell from the picture the color was off I immediately emailed the company No Response I emailed them again and finally received a response but with no help She emailed me almost a week later saying they had to rest on the weekend although I had an upcoming appointment Poor customer service I had to purchase another pack in hopes of getting a better color Plus the hair doesn t feel right It feels weirdly unnatural I m a long time user of hair wefts it looks good but I don t want to try heat to it because it might melt I would not recommend this company to anyone

DO NOT BUYI do not know where to start First of all hair is not human When you take it out of the package it feels soft and fine but once you put it on it looks like a mop on your head I ironed it a little bit and the hair started to burn and melt on the iron I contacted customer service and they said the burn means the hair is human which is not true at all After discussing and sending some photos they agreed to send me a refund I was very lucky to receive the money back I have no doubt that the hair I returned to them will be sold to someone else I bought it because I saw a review on YouTube The hair looked very good and silky but when I received it I almost started crying because I spent money on something that is useless It s sad that these girls get the best hair to promote but the client receives the worst hair they have and probably used Please be very careful with this company

I do have to say that I am highly impressed with this product These extensions are really soft and silky They are also really thick to the ends My hair has been short for a long time I can t tell you how good it felt to have long soft hair again No one could even tell I had in extensions
