I was a bit weary to shop here after reading some of the negative reviews but the site was recommended by a trustworthy friend and I figured she knew best She was right - I had a fantastic experience Communication was easy with team through email and WhatsApp I got multiple pieces custom made and they fit perfectly Measurements were simple thanks to tutorial videos and the clothing was delivered in a reasonable time window I had to get another outfit and came back to Andaaz after the positive experience

A very responsive and helpful company which has provided outfits for me to attend wedding in India The shops here in U K don t have plus sizes to try on so I went online good quality workmanship and prompt attention and excellent choice of garments Would recommend

Last minute dress needed as my original option failed me and Andaaz did amazing I got a red wedding dress tailored to my measurements within 2 weeks and for only 200 pounds If I could post a picture of the dress I would Customer service was fast with responses when my anxiety would hit too haha I would 100 recommend

I cannot praise enough the customer service experience I have had from this company Professional courteous exceeded my expectations The lengha outfit I ordered was good quality and was made with attention to detail I received my order one week from ordering the team queried my measurements to ensure I was happy with the length of my blouse My daughter gets married in 3 days I cannot wait to wear my outfit I highly recommend this company and will be ordering again in the future
