Would not recommend

It started off great when I placed my order Staff were helpful and kept me posted But once the order was placed communication was appalling When the outfit arrived which I paid 300 for it was awful It didn t fit me even though I provided correct measurement - and they said they will allow for extra room I had to cut into it to remove the top Total waste of money and time I am not having to scramble to find an alternative outfit for a wedding

Hopeless engaging with them

NEVER ever do any deals with them Extremely bad quality outfit delivered looks very cheap completely different from the pic Initially before buying they will make sure that they have got all the payments and in the end if something goes wrong you are literally on your own Probably the only option for you would be to bin your dress Won t pick up your call or respond to you when they have money in their pockets Would leave you mentally agonised and handicapped This is how I am feeling right now

Do not shop there Quick to take your money but takes weeks for refunds to be processed even with chasing them No sense of customer service By law retailers are meant to refund the original shipping fee and they are refusing to do that despite placing an order worth nearly 300 Avoid avoid avoid

Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company I ordered an outfit thry claimed would be an exact copy and what i recieved was nothing like it Have been chasing them now for nearly a month and no news from them except platitudes that they are looking into it The outfit i recieved had large parts of the embroidery missing joins on the sleeves and was very poor quality material

Returning the product is very

Returning the product is very difficult The order I received the fitting is not right for me and they are asking me to place the outfit on a plain surface measure it and then send an image Definitely not ordering anything again from here

Disappointed on another scale

Just received my order It is absolutely nothing like it appears as on the model Even the colour is way off It s much more of a lighter shade than how it s shown online The material is so thick and it looks bulky when worn There is neither shape nor elegance to this outfit I sent specific measurements following their online instructions but the suit it horrifyingly out of shape The scarf is also very tacky and does not go hand in hand with the outfit The entire outfit in its entirety is awful What a waste of hard-earned money on something I wouldn t even wish to throw away inside my bin Looks and feels more like a men s kurta Not a fragment of femininity anywhere on this garment

Bought a dress

Bought a dress paid for the stitching When the dress arrived it was sewn too small despite giving the measurements Called their customer service who said they will refund 10 off the dress price and the alteration the cost Sent them the receipt for the alteration they only refunded the 10 and refused they agreed the alteration refund unfortunately I took their word for it and didn t ask for it writing Unfortunately trust didn t pay off

Absolutely horrendous customer experience and broken promises Informed me I would not receive a refund just a credit which is DISGUSTING Missed wedding outfit missed date of delivery as specified upon purchase Seems like this has happened to someone else by below review Do not trust this business

The company customer support is lying

The company customer support is lying to get orders I asked two customer supports to confirm the delivery will be made on time They assured that it will be delivered on time but the product was despatched from delhi to germany one day before it was supposed to be delivered The product is scheduled to get delivered now after 4 more days

Do not count on refund This company does not play by the UK rules

The company has not refunded even after 30 days despite the many emails and all the hassle of measuring and taking pictures of the items that they ask you to go through
