Terrible customer service and slow
Terrible customer service and slow shipping Ordered a tank described as hk army doom tank neon green First tank they sent me was the wrong tank hex not doom and not neon green I told her if the doom one isn t neon green to send me the white one After getting ahold of their customer service Jesse she informed me that I have to send it back in order for them to get me the tank I paid for even though I had another order sitting at ANS and asked her to put the correct tank in with that order and a return label then I would ship the wrong tank back after I received it plus I told her if I didn t send it back they could just charge me for it I also told her I do not have a printer She ignored my all my comments and emailed me a return label So once again I contacted her telling her I m not buying a printer because of your mistake She then informed me that she called a shipping place and had them print the label for me alls I had to do was drop it off I had to make a special trip to town to get this shipped back almost 30 miles out of my way got there and they charged me for the label I went home and emailed her to just refund my money and I ll order from someone else which was also ignored by jesse So took 3 weeks to get the tank that I told them to refund and it came in the same green as the other one They have all these great words on their website our main goal is the satisfaction of our customers By shopping at ANSGEAR COM you are assured high quality customer service RELIABILITYAt ANSGEAR COM your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us yet everything I said or asked them to do was completely ignored PLEASANT AND EASY SHOPPING Experience 100 the opposite of what my experience was Wasted my time and money and doesn t listen to customers at all They just do what they want Shop elsewhere like Lone Wolf paintball

I canceled my orders and never to deal with them again because they sent me someone else order I was nice enough to call They sent me a email mail to drop off the package to my local post office with no return label Lol It was a FedEx package I told them On another order You sent me under sized paintball pants which cost me 22 00 to return back to you and now you ask me to drive out of my way with no return label to a place who didn t deliver it to my home Wake the f Up It gets better In the email they state when they receive the package back that was not mine Only then they will ship mine to me I was floored Told them to cancel my order Told them if you don t send a mail carrier to my home to pick up your package that was not mine I don t care I had to explain to them that FedEx sent it and you need to tell them to pick it up You cost me 22 00 dollars to return something that was not marked correctly on your site and charged me to return it I got my paintball pants some where else Buyers be ware any delivery that is wrong will cost you not them Holding my product as ransom is bullshi And I will not use them ever again No sorry they don t care

I ordered over 1 000 worth of gear
I ordered over 1 000 worth of gear First some of the order was on back order I received my order with out the jerseys I ordered When I called I was told the jerseys were on 2-3 month back order The pants we ordered didn t fit even though we used their size chart Had to return the pants Then we took one of the markers we ordered out to paintball No pressure balls would not fire Called their customer service They said since I loaded paint even though the paint did not fire it was a used gun and could not be returned They tried to force me to return the marker to tippman for repair They finally agreed to allow me to send it back to their facility for a tech to look at it They have had the marker for 9 weeks They said they get so many defective markers returned every day they can t tell me when my marker will be repaired or replaced They tried to convince me to take back the broken marker and deal with tipmann Don t do business with these clowns They will take your money sell you junk and leave you with the junk

I ordered 673 worth of equipment from ANSgear and the 30 trigger didn t work It jammed my safety I contacted them and asked about returning the trigger and they said it was a known issue and they would be happy to return the item but I would have to pay for shipping and since I am on the East Coast it may not be cost effective Then they suggested that I sell the item locally I might get more of my money back Knowingly sell a defective item Their best customer service advice was to sell a bad product to someone else and not tell them about it I told them I was unhappy about the situation and would at least like something for my trouble even a sticker They told me that they didn t have any promotional items at the time 673 order and they said screw you

No quality control
Is there no quality control when they ship out their products Out of the 10 items I purchased totaling about 400 I received my order all in one package and was missing 3 items Now I have to chase them through emails etc to find out when I will be getting my stuff or a refund I don t plan to buy here ever again I d rather pay more than to deal with this hassle or incompetence Poorly run operations

Paid for USPS Priority Shipping
Paid for USPS Priority Shipping AnsGear site clearly shows my zone and it should take no more than 3 days They shipping it out sent me a notice but now it s taking 5 days and they blame it all on USPS I paid 28 extra for nothing I use USPS Priority all the time and it s 2-3 days anywhere in the USA from my home in Texas AnsGear Customer Service folks are rude rude rude and refuse to help No way to escalate Only way is through some generic email or chat Buyer Beware I ll send the Paint Ball guns back and never do business with them again

I have ordered with this company a few times and every experience was full off issues such as mismatched products a completely unsafe tank that was 138 bucks And I had nothing but bad paintballs Overall it s just not worth the head ache and stress when there s great company s out there
