Anywan ONLY wants to gain their fees without any interest of making it actually work We contracted an international moving 3 months in advance and it turns out the dissemble and assemble was NOT included as Anywan team assured in the first place to sell the service PLUS they calculated the cubic meters instead of the weight so result is that we had to leave 1 3 of items and contract an extra service DON T USE THEM they are NOT prepared to actually give a service that works

Anyvan does not offer any guarantees they only connect you to the driver This feels more like a scam than an actual service

ANYVAN IS NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE AN ACCURATE ESTIMATION OF THE VOLUME OF YOUR MOVE The truck that Anyvan provided me wasn t enought and I needed to pay an extra one which was very expensive as almost half of my stuffs culdn t be uploaded It s true that I forgot to include in the list some items like a freezer and some boxes but this doesn t explain such a big discrepancy to need another truck Because I repeat it wasn t just a freezer and some boxes I m talking about half of my apartment left from the first truck Anyvan made a completely wrong estimation they just don t have proper tools to do that and they don t care about that In addition the transport company they suggested me is a bad one as they delivered my forniture damaged They don t work with good partners they don t provide good companies I DEFINITELY DON T RECOMMEND ANYVAN FOR ANY MOVE is better to speak directly with a transport company who will able to support you better

Utterly abysmal service Refused to remove an item Did not want to place furniture accordingly Driver barely assisted despite having booked a 2 man team Simply wanted to plonk it down and get out Don t bother Customer service absolutely no help No compensation for the undelivered item Use your local people And CEO if you are reading this I expect a call given that your customer service team refused to give me a contact email Oh and incidentally I received information the night before that they would arrive at 1215 They appeared at 1415hrs

Total waste of time unprofessional total SCAM Required a movying service with 50m3 and 4 0T of items Movying service means truck and man labour in my dictionary The day of collection 2 x 3 5T 1 0T max payload vans driven by two barely alive drivers shown up in my storage obviously it was not enough and we have then cancelled the service Required a refund to Anyvan and they refuse stating the service has been provided would love to see the CMR signed Companies like this should not exist thay are just a transport Auction Entity trying to sell you request to the most desperate transporting agent while getting a 30 commission to be paid upfront Unfortunately there is no possibility to give 0 or negative star Stay away from them they are just b lls it

I hope you will read this before hiring them here What you really need to know before 1 They are a middleman You pay them they take a cut and pay a small moving company So no responsibility 2 They will ask you if you have an elevator You say yes and that s it right Wrong they don t tell you that if anything won t fit into whatever elevator you have you pay extra for each floor Like 10 euros per item per floor 3 Again if something is big they can force you into paying 50 euros per item to disassemble and then assemble it 4 If you don t want to pay and let s say you want to leave something behind then you won t get a refund for those big pieces Why Because we already have agreed with a moving company and can t change the order The moving company that I had was just two young kids The issue is the lack of experience They tried and I am ok with them although not all my furniture has arrived in the same state As a conclusion I would never ever suggest this company They are scammers They don t tell you in advance about the elevator or other extra services And you know what they company that they hired told me this happens all the time that all clients that come from them complain and pay They can say whatever they want to protect their reputation but after my experience I will do my best for everyone to know who they are

Warning AnyVan left me mid-move demanded extra money ignores complaints and their insurance refuses to cover the first 300 UPDATE REQUESTED I am writing in response to your recent message and to formally express my continued discontent with the service I received The level of negligence lack of professionalism and disrespect I experienced is unacceptable and constitutes a serious breach of contract and consumer rights Let me be absolutely clear I paid for a full-day premium service and was told I would be your only client that day yet your team abandoned my move midway to attend another job leaving me without my belongings for four full days You rescheduled my move multiple times causing massive disruption and forcing me to cancel my Easter holiday so your team could return and despite this I was met with complaints from your team about having to work during the holiday I was pressured into paying additional money under duress Furniture was damaged and no resolution has been offered The stress was so severe that I had to seek emergency medical attention For more than a month I received no proper communication only vague and unhelpful responses over the phone I only received a reply after escalating via email The compensation offered was minimal and does not even cover the amount I was forced to pay under pressure let alone the damages and stress caused Finally when I was contacted about this so-called compensation I was spoken to in a deeply disrespectful manner that added further insult to injury The treatment I received shows not only a complete disregard for contractual obligations but also a disturbing lack of respect and concern for your customers well-being I consider this experience an outright abuse and I will not accept it in silence I expect a full response addressing these points as well as fair compensation for the financial physical and emotional damages your company has caused

Super bad experience with the Spanish AnyVan site First every single offer I got was for 900 or more while any other website asked for only 300- 400 Secondly I had unfortunately already paid the deposit of 260 on AnyVan but wanted to cancel my order 4 days later The customer support - after talking to 3 different people - told me at their own discretion that they couldn t do anything because it s up to them to decide whether they re gonna give me the deposit back or not Although it s written in their policies that up until 4 weeks after the order s been made one can get their deposit back they decided not to refund me just because basically unless I can get the transporter to cancel the order but he s only telling me I can t do it Please talk to AnyVan so I m assuming he s gonna get part of that deposit and therefore doesn t want to cancel it either Super bad experience with AnyVan will definitely never ever visit their website again Absolute fraud Update 22 08 2024 After receiving an answer on here and via email I responded to them asking them for my deposit in cash just like they stated it in their reply Now I ll wait and see what happens and perhaps adjust my rating Update 23 08 2024 AnyVan confirmed in an E-Mail that they d refund me my deposit within the next 5-10 days I m willing to update this review in case I do actually receive my money back Update 09 09 2024 I finally received my deposit back after talking to 5 different people from the costumer service for about a month Changing my review from 1 to 3 stars because they kept their promise and were fast at responding However if I hadn t written a Trustpilot review I d have never seen my money which is why I can t give more than 3 stars
