We have been a client of Apogee for 7 years and the service has been great throughout Chris Dixon our Account Manager could not help enough and communication is excellent Printers swapped on time no delays and the installation team could not do enough to help we have a busy office which presented a challenge They were fabulous Would highly recommend

Printer Repair Additional Features Added

A very big thank you to Dean Stewart the Engineer who attended our school to carry out a repair to our large colour photocopier After identifying the fault he ordered the replacements parts and returned to fix the machine During the repair he also added additional functionality to meet the needs of the school to quickly print A4 A3 - A3 A4 by adding shortcut keys to simply the process for us Excellent customer service received from Dean by listening and meeting his customers needs Thank you

New Printers

We had some new printers installed in our office and the team did a great job of setting them up Jamie took the time and effort to show us the functionality and left us feeling confident that we could use all the features Great service Thank you for making everything so clear

Excellent Service from Apogee

As we are a very busy Nursing Home we rely heavily on our photocopier scanner to keep things up to date We recently have had a couple of issues with our copier and the staff went above and beyond to order the part and get it fitted quickly Our Account Manager Jordan Martinez was keen to oversee this and kept me fully informed with the progress We were very happy with the service

Apogee - HP Colour Copier

I recently obtained a HP Colour Copier from Apogee I found the customer service very good I dealt with Jordan Martinez Account Executive and he was extremely helpful I was particularly pleased that he didn t try to push me into decision but he gave me straight advice and all the information I needed to make my decision I am thankful to him for his help advise I also wish to commend the Apogee Technician Tony Fitzpatrick who installed and set up the Copier He was extremely helpful and answered all my queries

Norman John was courteous and professional throughout his visit He was mindful that this is a secure environment and acted in accordance with our rules and procedures He completed the job quickly and efficiently and made sure I tested the printer before he left Overall I am extremely happy with the service he delivered

Apogee employ good staff

Apogee have provided an excellent service from my perspective Our onsite mail print services are run efficiently and as always with outstanding customer service by Peter and Marie Everyone in our department knows Peter and Marie and they are always happy to work on a solution that suits the staff and students in the libraries Engineers also attend very quickly to fix machines and also take the time to explain the issue so we can help prevent it happening again Very happy with the service and machines we have been provided with so far
