Absolutely terrible UX

Absolutely terrible UX why should I create a new account fill in my whole resume manually even after uploading it and do this for EVERY company I apply too Why can t I have one account and just reuse my data Frankly I no longer apply for jobs there - any company that uses them shows they are old school and don t give a shot about their employees who them have to use it at work AVOID

Workday is consistently so unreliable Used my regular personal email to apply for jobs and I consistently get locked out for no reason so I made an account with my student email and faced the same thing Tried to reset passwords on both accounts and did not a receive a reset password email from either account I ve tried resetting them multiple times weeks or months apart and I never get an email So AGAIN I made another account now using my email from community college Literally the next day I tried logging in again to apply for a different job and it won t let me get in even though I remember the password I set the night before This platform is the most frustrating I have faced when applying for jobs It locks you out of your account for seemingly no reason and does not allow you to get back in I don t understand why they make everything complicated for no reason

A complete load of garbage and if you run a company you should stay well clear Workday might look good when it is being sold as a solution but it is horrific from a candidate perspective and puts people off even bothering It is slow cumbersome confused and makes you set up a new account for every application It is a terrible advert for any company

Never works locks up constantly Poorly written software This company should be charged under federal racketeering charges they sell a product that is non-functioning How any company is foolish enough to use these services is beyond me cheep just gets you cheep crap like this companyn provides

Absolute trash Good luck applying for a job through this clown shoes outfit- especially if you re trying to do it on your iPhone The site is unusable Why should I have to SEARCH for my high school Why can t I just enter it Instead it takes you to a separate drop down menu that is completely blank save for the DONE button which is the internet equivalent of flying a in a fog bank And why when I indicate HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA does it still ask me for FIELD OF STUDY Eff this company and any employer who subjects job applicants to this rigmarole for it is uncivilized
