DO NOT TRUST APPEAR HERE WITH YOUR DEPOSIT

We booked a space for a group dinner in October The space was great and the landlord for the space was wonderful We left the space as we found it Appear Here s policy is to apparently return the deposit 30 days after the event Its been 45 days now without receiving our deposit nor any communication from them regarding the delay or any issues with the space that would lead them to withhold the full or part of the deposit They haven t even so much as provided me with the final letter per the law so as to be able to submit a case with the financial ombudsman Concierge has also now gone MIA Feels almost dishonest really shocking

Booked a venue but landlord declined proposal as they forgot to raise price of venue after Covid Offered us a halfway price but then negated on that offer for no given reason putting up the rental price even more by 50 No management accountability or apology from Appear Here at all during whole process Absolute farce
