One of the worst company s I ve had to deal with I would warn other landlords not to use this company

Had several people supposedly interested in a prime shop all pull out days before the due day Attracting people with no money who couldn t run a bath let alone a shop Avoid waste of my time

We ve had Appear Here on our radar for a year or two now but with only 2-3 spaces to offer in Edinburgh all based outwith the city centre and a minimal amount in Glasgow we never were able to follow through with actually planning a popup That all changed when a new listing appeared on AH based right in the centre of Edinburgh offering decent prices and only a minimum of 7 days booking still too much in our opinion but at least workable However after reaching out with a simple misc question regarding the space Joel got back to us to state that whilst he didn t know the answer to our question pretty annoying given it was our only reason for emailing and who else would know but them the space likely wasn t actually available despite the website stating so Joel explained that the space was actually being considered for a longer term let and therefore didn t advise us to put further time into it Why then was this space even listed on your site in the first place Let alone readily bookable given the shorter period of stay being requested by us meaning we could ve paid the full amount and assumed the place was ours to begin planning other elements of the popup So it was bitterly disappointing to essentially be told that despite showing as bookable and available the space in fact wasn t and we shouldn t waste our time with it - having checked the site today we first reached out 2 weeks ago it s still active and showing as bookable Anyway long story short we got back to Joel to inform him of our disappointment but further questioned all the above and why we d been allowed to already waste our time with it We also asked some questions about potential spaces in Edinburgh and Scotland as we truly believe in AH s model and are eager to get a popup sorted 2 weeks later and we ve received no response We followed up a week after but still are yet to get any communication back from what we can assume is their main support email All in all so so so frustrating and a huge let down It sucks to see a brilliant idea be completely wasted I m sure it s not Joel s fault but the least we d expect is an actual response it s really not much to ask for and has likely put us off using AH again in the future

I would not recommend this company to anyone wanting to make a booking Its taken over 8 months to get back thousands of pounds overcharged They dont follow things through and totally unprofessional im still trying to get my service charge back Judging by the other reviews I would avoid at all costs

If I could leave a zero star I would they were responsive until we paid the deposit and then the lack of information and delays were unbelievable They caused us to be getting a briefing from Network Rail 2 days before the supposed opening date and that was only because of my none stop emails

Terrible service have been waiting 2 months for our deposit to be repaid Missed our initial launch date due to breakdown of communication with the landlord

Horrible company stay away which company rented space is company gone to bust I just done one time payment helping to company before going bust after this they got my card details they trying to take out all payments from my personal credit card even I am not personally responsible for this debt under the agreement I explain the situation but they try to take out money where they find to they got my credit card details once they are used without my authorisation 3 times I already opened dispute with this payments via my bank I will seek legal advice for this

Terrible experienceyou got no protection when you sign agreement on the platfrom landlord can just hold your money and return whenever he want you need to be very careful when you get into the contract

Disgusting company we booked a space through them in Paris and paid in Euros as requested the next day my booking was cancelled and due to currency rates we have been refunded 400 less than what we paid Despite my requests for them to refund us what we paid as it was cancelled on their end Appear Here seems to think this is our problem and not theirs and refuses to escalate Sorry but why do we lose 400 because of how they choose to organise bookings allow payment before confirmation or allow the landlord to cancel the booking after payment was made due to a private booking or bill for international currency and set up their internal payments with landlords We lose out of course Absolutely terrible and no commercial understanding of why this is unacceptable
