This was our Second purchase from Appliances Online As with the first experience the ordering process was quick and easy The available information online when reviewing items to purchase is great especially being able to access the Manuals for me this was really important as we have a small space for the fridge to go so i needed to be sure the one i selected would fit Once the order was processed the info provided about delivery was clear simple the text message for delivery time frame along with one when they were 30mins away helped me plan my day When the delivery team arrived it was pouring with rain despite this they were very efficient careful when taking away our broken fridge bringing in our new one With the added bonus of taking away all packaging materials with them Great service

New HAIER Fridge
We ordered a new HAIER fridge and we are very happy with it Our delivery drivers Dean and Musa were professional polite happy and easygoing Dean set up and showed us how to operate the fridge while Musa picked up and took the packaging away Well done guys So happy with Appliances online Lib and David

Most efficient way to buy
Purchased a washing Machine I ordered it around 7pm in the evening It was delivered at 8 30am the next morning The delivery team set it up and made sure it worked and took the old machine away Delivery and setup and removal of old machine was free The price of the washing machine was less than any of the stores I visited It was the most efficient way I have ever used to buy such an appliance Thank you

Excellent Service
Easy to follow website from when I placed my order to the delivery was kept informed by text msgs When my washing machine arrived and unpacked on truck the delivery guys noticed a dent in the side they found another in stock that could be delivered next day New one arrived installed given a short lesson how to use as it was my first front loader washing machine Excellent service have used Appliances Online before wouldn t hesitate using them again

I have bought all my appliances and TV s through appliancesonline Their service is exceptional I needed a sink - the next day and I live in what is considered a regional area I ordered via phone on a Sunday at 5 30pm and my sink arrived at 10 00am the next morning Amazing Thanks so very much
