We have used Appliance direct for many years and have always found them excellent Their prices choice of brands and models are really good Delivery is well organised quick and efficient Today though they reached new heights when my 6 week old washing machine became child locked I tried for an hour to deactivate it with manual to hand but no success 1 phone call to Appliance direct an email and another phone call and 2 knights in shining armour arrived on my doorstep Within 5 minutes the problem was solved and I now know what to do if it happens again That s service for you Thanks to everyone concerned I shall be recommending them to everyone

This is now our third purchase from the Appliance Shop and we are very pleased with the choice of products the good website competitive prices and the fact that they can actually deliver the products when they say The ordering is easy online and the follow up and customer service from real people is absolutely excellent Despite us being around 300 miles away they are our go to appliance supplier The delivery guys and text and emails are great too
