Purchase of new Bosch microwave

Ordered a new Bosch Microwave over the phone from Michael on Tuesday afternoon and it was delivered on Thursday morning Lee from the delivery team rang just before arriving to say he was near and on arrival carried it into the kitchen for me The whole experience was first class and the product at a great price and fitted straight into the cabinet to replace the old failed unit Excellent service thank you If I need further appliances in the future you will be my first call

I needed 6 appliances and they offered the best prices on every item On top of that unbelievably good service and particularly when I screwed up the order I gave the wrong part number and they swapped out for the right ovens within 24 hours I won t go anywhere else next time I need kitchen appliances Thanks

Very competetive price when I ordered Item not in stock but available to order and they provided me with a delivery date and courier details Courier gave me a 2 hour window and item delivered as arranged well packaged and undamaged Altogether a smooth and stress-free purchase despite the item not being in stock

After an oven door shattering just before Christmas we feared the worse in finding a replacement oven Not only did Appliance Shop have the replacement oven in stock at a cheaper price than the competition they did a delivery on Christmas Eve Outstanding service and lovely staff that really went the extra mile Thank you so much

Wasn t able to order on-line so ordered our cooker over the phone Very friendly staff Sam who remembered me when I rang back to ask a question There was a problem with the delivery but it was efficiently sorted out to enable our project to keep going and not to stall Very much appreciated especially just before Christmas
