ARCO Pet Insurance

Arco were very sympathetic and helpful when my dog was diagnosed with liver cancer and i had to make the awful decision to put her down about 2 weeks later The claim process took about 2 weeks to process however the vets were patient with the outstanding invoice and understood completely I would definitely recommend ARCO for your pets

I am very impressed with the level of service

I am very impressed with the level of service and the speed with which our claim was authorised I would like to suggest that Arco consider increasing the amount for ulcer medication as a four week treatment of Omepracote which is the standard prescription for ulcers comes to R5 200 00 The R1 500 00 currently available on the plan only covers one treatment which makes it very difficult to at least get the condition under control I feel that if as horse owners can be provided with the assistance to get such a common but painful condition under control it will go a long way in managing the condition in future
